【摘要】：在多元文化社會(huì)背景下,社會(huì)體制在不斷變革,地區(qū)發(fā)展與社會(huì)變遷日益影響領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策行為的轉(zhuǎn)變與革新,基層群眾與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)之間和諧互動(dòng)狀態(tài)是考量一個(gè)地區(qū)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的重要維度之一。和諧關(guān)系機(jī)制的研究能為地區(qū)全面建成小康社會(huì)、提升群眾生活水平以及增進(jìn)社會(huì)文明進(jìn)步帶來(lái)實(shí)效性。通過(guò)調(diào)研,以互動(dòng)理論為視角,運(yùn)用定性研究和定量研究的方法對(duì)新疆巴里坤縣S鄉(xiāng)H村蒙、哈、漢族群眾與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的互動(dòng)狀態(tài)進(jìn)行剖析,尋找兩者在日常生活互動(dòng)下的和諧關(guān)系機(jī)制,為不同區(qū)域社會(huì)建設(shè)和發(fā)展提供借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In the context of multicultural society, the social system is constantly changing, regional development and social change increasingly affect the transformation and innovation of leadership decision-making behavior. The harmonious interaction between grassroots masses and leaders is one of the important dimensions for the stable development of a region. The study of harmonious relationship mechanism can bring practical effect for the region to build a well-off society, to improve the living standard of the masses and to promote the progress of social civilization. Through investigation and research, from the perspective of interaction theory, using the methods of qualitative and quantitative research, this paper analyzes the interaction between the masses of Han nationality and the leading cadres in the H Village of S Township of Barikun County, Xinjiang. In order to provide reference for the social construction and development in different regions, the harmonious relationship mechanism between the two countries under the interaction of daily life is sought.
