【摘要】：毫無疑問，當(dāng)今世界的主題是發(fā)展、時代的主旋律亦是發(fā)展，無論是發(fā)展理論的研究還是各國在現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)中的發(fā)展實踐，都已成為世人關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。人們都在談?wù)摪l(fā)展問題，尤其是科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的提出，更是引起了世人的關(guān)注，它回答了究竟何謂發(fā)展、如何看待發(fā)展、怎樣才能真正更好的發(fā)展等重大理論問題。研究科學(xué)發(fā)展觀對西方發(fā)展思想的超越既是理論本身發(fā)展的需要，也是發(fā)展實踐的客觀要求，具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。 本文在對西方發(fā)展思想進(jìn)行深入考察的基礎(chǔ)上，認(rèn)真研究了科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的基本內(nèi)涵和要求，并對其歷史意義進(jìn)行了深入分析，歸納了科學(xué)發(fā)展觀是如何繼承并超越西方發(fā)展思想的。同時對科學(xué)發(fā)展觀借鑒和超越西方發(fā)展思想的當(dāng)代價值作了分析。力求從多方位、多角度加強(qiáng)對科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的理解和認(rèn)識，以便更好的貫徹落實科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，，走有中國特色的發(fā)展道路。同時也可以為后發(fā)國家實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化提供有益借鑒并給西方發(fā)達(dá)國家科學(xué)發(fā)展提供有益參考。本文共分為五個部分： 第一部分：西方發(fā)展思想的沿革及其向外推介。這部分主要闡述了古代、近代和現(xiàn)代西方發(fā)展思想的演變，并分析了現(xiàn)代西方發(fā)展思想的類型、成就和經(jīng)驗，此外，還研究了現(xiàn)代西方發(fā)展模式及其向外推介過程中暴露的不足，為進(jìn)一步研究科學(xué)發(fā)展觀對西方發(fā)展思想的借鑒和超越奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 第二部分：科學(xué)發(fā)展觀概述。這部分主要闡述了科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的基本內(nèi)涵和特征，在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的現(xiàn)實意義和世界意義。 第三部分：科學(xué)發(fā)展觀對西方發(fā)展思想的借鑒。這部分主要闡述了科學(xué)發(fā)展觀在思維方式、價值目標(biāo)上對西方現(xiàn)代發(fā)展思想的批判和借鑒。 第四部分：科學(xué)發(fā)展觀對西方發(fā)展思想的超越。這部分主要闡述了科學(xué)發(fā)展觀在價值目標(biāo)、理論基礎(chǔ)、基本要求、社會制度和發(fā)展方式上對西方發(fā)展思想的超越。 第五部分：科學(xué)發(fā)展觀對西方發(fā)展思想的借鑒和超越的當(dāng)代啟示。科學(xué)發(fā)展觀以一系列新思想、新觀點(diǎn)、新論斷深化了對發(fā)展問題的認(rèn)識，借鑒并超越了西方發(fā)展思想，極大地豐富了馬克思主義的發(fā)展理論。這無疑對于我們進(jìn)行現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)具有重要的啟示意義。
[Abstract]:There is no doubt that the theme of today's world is development, and the main theme of the times is development. Both the research of development theory and the development practice of various countries in the modernization construction have become the focus of attention of the world. People are talking about the problem of development, especially the concept of scientific development, which has aroused the attention of the world. It answers the important theoretical questions, such as what is development, how to treat development, how to really better development, and so on. The research on the transcendence of the scientific development view to the western development thought is not only the need of the development of the theory itself, but also the objective requirement of the development practice, which has important theoretical and practical significance. On the basis of a thorough investigation of western development thoughts, this paper studies the basic connotation and requirements of the scientific development concept, and analyzes its historical significance. This paper sums up how the scientific development concept inherits and surpasses the western development thought. At the same time, the author analyzes the contemporary value of the scientific development concept, which uses for reference and transcends the western development thought. Try to strengthen the understanding and understanding of the scientific development view from various aspects and angles in order to better carry out the scientific development view and take the development road with Chinese characteristics. At the same time, it can also provide useful reference for the latecomer countries to realize modernization and the scientific development of western developed countries. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part: the evolution of western development thought and its outward introduction. This part mainly expounds the evolution of ancient, modern and modern western development thoughts, and analyzes the types, achievements and experiences of modern western development thoughts. It also studies the development mode of modern western countries and the deficiency exposed in the process of introducing them out, which lays a foundation for the further study on the reference and transcendence of the scientific development concept to the western development thought. The second part: the overview of the scientific concept of development. This part mainly expounds the basic connotation and characteristics of the scientific development view, and then analyzes the realistic significance and the world significance of the scientific development view. The third part: the reference of the scientific development view to the western development thought. This part mainly expounds the criticism and reference of the scientific concept of development to the western modern development thought in the way of thinking and the goal of value. The fourth part: the transcendence of the scientific development view to the western development thought. This part mainly expounds the transcendence of the scientific development concept to the western development thought in value goal, theoretical foundation, basic requirement, social system and development mode. The fifth part: the contemporary enlightenment of the scientific development concept to the western development thought. With a series of new ideas, new viewpoints and new opinions, the scientific development view deepens the understanding of the development problem, draws lessons from and transcends the western development thought, and greatly enriches the Marxist development theory. This undoubtedly has important enlightenment significance for our modernization construction.
