【摘要】：社會轉型期是從1978年十一屆三中全會至今的30多年，中國社會在從計劃經濟向社會主義市場經濟的轉型這一時間段的劃分。社會轉型期執(zhí)政黨意識形態(tài)引領研究是通過分析社會轉型期社會意識形態(tài)與執(zhí)政黨意識形態(tài)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、疏理社會轉型期執(zhí)政黨意識形態(tài)的發(fā)展脈絡、分析社會轉型期執(zhí)政黨意識形態(tài)的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展，從而總結執(zhí)政黨意識形態(tài)實現(xiàn)引領的經驗，闡述了執(zhí)政黨實現(xiàn)引領的條件選擇和平臺建構。論文綜合運用馬克思主義唯物辯證法、階級分析法、多學科綜合研究法、比較研究法、歷史分析法等，從歷史到現(xiàn)實、從深度到廣度、從歷史到邏輯，全方位、多層次、多視角研究了社會轉型期執(zhí)政黨意識形態(tài)的引領，創(chuàng)造性地總結了社會轉型期執(zhí)政黨意識形態(tài)繼續(xù)實現(xiàn)引領的條件和平臺構建。在復雜的社會發(fā)展進程中有效地貫徹我國執(zhí)政黨的意識形態(tài)，實現(xiàn)最大程度的社會認同，貫徹執(zhí)政的合法性和合理性，增強執(zhí)政能力，鞏固執(zhí)政基礎，使執(zhí)政黨的科學發(fā)展、民主執(zhí)政、利益表達與訴求以注重人的價值為出發(fā)點來構建社會和諧。論文除緒論和結論外，共分為五章。 緒論主要闡述論題的學術背景及其理論與實際意義、相關概念界定、研究綜述、基本思路和主要方法等內容。 第一章主要研究社會轉型期社會意識形態(tài)與執(zhí)政黨意識形態(tài)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、面臨的問題，分析了社會意識形態(tài)與執(zhí)政黨意識形態(tài)的關系，論述了執(zhí)政黨意識形態(tài)在社會轉型期的創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展以及其實現(xiàn)引領的必然性與重要性。 第二章主要研究中國當代執(zhí)政黨意識形態(tài)的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展。從社會轉型期執(zhí)政黨意識形態(tài)創(chuàng)新內容、宣傳形式和創(chuàng)新模式分析了新世紀以來中國執(zhí)政黨意識形態(tài)的進一步發(fā)展，指出科學發(fā)展觀、社會主義核心價值體系是社會轉型期我國執(zhí)政黨政黨文化的創(chuàng)新；建設和諧型意識形態(tài)是當前執(zhí)政黨意識形態(tài)新的目標指向，和諧社會是我國執(zhí)政黨意識形態(tài)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實的社會理想。 第三章主要論述社會轉型期執(zhí)政黨意識形態(tài)引領的經驗。分析了中國共產黨在社會發(fā)展中運用馬克思主義理論指導執(zhí)政的歷史經驗。解析了運用馬克思主義基本原理如何指導我國執(zhí)政黨意識形態(tài)建設。概括總結了今后執(zhí)政黨實現(xiàn)對意識形態(tài)的絕對領導權、統(tǒng)治權和有效把握的落腳點是堅持執(zhí)政黨思想建設的系統(tǒng)化、科學化發(fā)展、堅持關注人的自由全面發(fā)展,推進執(zhí)政黨的現(xiàn)代化進程。 第四章闡述了社會轉型期執(zhí)政黨意識形態(tài)實現(xiàn)引領的條件選擇。從執(zhí)政黨的執(zhí)政基礎和自身建設，從社會、個人發(fā)展、執(zhí)政黨政治理想與政治現(xiàn)實方面論述了執(zhí)政黨意識形態(tài)繼續(xù)實現(xiàn)引領、實現(xiàn)廣泛政治認同的條件，著重指出執(zhí)政黨意識形態(tài)應力求使人們精神生活有序化、合理化，具有歸屬感。 第五章主要論述社會轉型期執(zhí)政黨意識形態(tài)引領的平臺建構。從六個方面解析執(zhí)政黨意識形態(tài)實現(xiàn)引領的發(fā)展建設理論，即正確定義中國現(xiàn)實的社會主義，構建執(zhí)政黨意識形態(tài)的解釋平臺；構建執(zhí)政黨意識形態(tài)引領的現(xiàn)實基礎平臺；構建知識分子在執(zhí)政黨意識形態(tài)建設中的發(fā)展平臺；構建新社會階層價值觀趨向共享價值的發(fā)展平臺；構建執(zhí)政黨政治價值觀向國家主導意識形態(tài)平移的平臺；努力實現(xiàn)國家公共管理中的公共理性。
[Abstract]:In the period from the Third Plenary Session of the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China ( CPC ) , the social transformation of the ruling party ideology in the period of transition from the planned economy to the socialist market economy has been carried out .

The introduction mainly expounds the academic background of the topic and its theoretical and practical significance , the definition of the relevant concept , the summary of the research , the basic idea and the main method .

The first chapter mainly studies the social ideology and the development of ruling party ideology in the period of social transformation , analyzes the relationship between social ideology and ideology of ruling party , discusses the innovation and development of the ideology of ruling party in the period of social transformation and its inevitability and importance .

The second chapter mainly studies the innovation and development of China ' s ruling party ideology , analyzes the further development of the ideology of the ruling party since the new century , points out that the scientific development view and the socialist core value system are the innovation of the party culture of the ruling party in the transition period .
Constructing the harmonious ideology is the new goal of the current ruling party ideology , and the harmonious society is the ideal social ideal for the ideological development of the ruling party in our country .

The third chapter mainly discusses the experience of the ideological guidance of the ruling party in the period of social transformation . It analyzes the historical experience that the Communist Party of China uses the theory of Marxism in the development of society . It analyzes how to guide the ideological construction of the ruling party in our country by using the basic principle of Marxism . It sums up the systematic and scientific development of the party ' s realization of ideology , and insists on the free and comprehensive development of the people and promotes the modernization process of the ruling party .

The fourth chapter expounds the conditions for leading the ideology of the ruling party in the period of social transformation . From the ruling foundation of the ruling party and its own construction , this paper discusses the conditions of the party ' s ideology to continue to realize the leading and the broad political identity from the aspects of social , personal development , political ideal and political reality of the ruling party , and stresses that the ideology of the ruling party should strive to lead people ' s spiritual life to be orderly and rationalize and have a sense of belonging .

The fifth chapter mainly discusses the platform construction led by the ruling party ideology in the period of social transformation . From the six aspects , it analyzes the development and construction theory led by the ruling party ideology , that is , the correct definition of China ' s realistic socialism and the construction of the ideological interpretation platform of the ruling party ;
Constructing the realistic foundation platform led by the ruling party ideology ;
To build an intellectual ' s development platform in the ideological construction of the ruling party ;
The development platform of constructing the value of the new social strata tends to share value ;
To construct the platform of the political values of ruling party to the state - led ideology translation ;
Efforts should be made to achieve public reason in national public administration .
