【摘要】：本文圍繞著馬克思的勞動(dòng)價(jià)值理論,就勞資分配關(guān)系中的兩個(gè)方面即風(fēng)險(xiǎn)回報(bào)和業(yè)績回報(bào)所涉及的理論問題進(jìn)行分析:認(rèn)為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)回報(bào)所涉及的是生產(chǎn)關(guān)系中處于不同地位的雙方(勞動(dòng)者與生產(chǎn)資料所有者)在剩余價(jià)值分配中的關(guān)系,而業(yè)績回報(bào)所涉及的是價(jià)值創(chuàng)造主體即一般勞動(dòng)和高科技、管理勞動(dòng)在勞動(dòng)價(jià)值形成中的關(guān)系,這是兩個(gè)不同方面的不同問題。對(duì)這一問題的討論有助于我們以馬克思主義理論為指導(dǎo)對(duì)中國特色社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)在理論層面進(jìn)行深入的分析和認(rèn)識(shí),促進(jìn)中國特色社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This article revolves around Marx's labor value theory, This paper analyzes the theoretical problems involved in the two aspects of the labor distribution relationship, namely, the return on risk and the return on performance: it is considered that the return of risk involves the two parties (the laborer and the means of production) who are in different positions in the relations of production. Owner) in the distribution of surplus value, The return on achievement involves the main body of value creation, that is, general labor and high technology, and the relationship of management labor in the formation of labor value, which is different from two different aspects. The discussion of this problem will help us to analyze and understand the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics on the theoretical level under the guidance of Marxist theory, and to promote the healthy development of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics.
