【摘要】：列寧全面的繼承馬克思的黨內(nèi)民主思想,并且創(chuàng)造性的提出了有關(guān)黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)的主張,為后世留下了寶貴的精神財(cái)富。列寧的黨內(nèi)民主制度建設(shè)思想對(duì)我們今天建設(shè)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義政黨,具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。 本文分五章來(lái)論述列寧黨內(nèi)民主思想。 本文將從列寧黨內(nèi)民主思想的理論來(lái)源、產(chǎn)生背景、主要內(nèi)容、特點(diǎn)及歷史地位和對(duì)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨當(dāng)今黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)的理論與實(shí)踐價(jià)值五個(gè)部分進(jìn)行研究的。列寧黨內(nèi)民主思想的理論來(lái)源,主要是來(lái)自于馬克思恩格斯的黨內(nèi)民主思想。馬克思恩格斯黨內(nèi)民主思想主要包括了黨的代表大會(huì)制度,集體領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和討論制,民主選舉制和報(bào)告制等四個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容。其思想內(nèi)涵對(duì)列寧產(chǎn)生了深刻的影響,而列寧也全面繼承了馬克思恩格斯重視制度建設(shè)的優(yōu)秀品質(zhì)。列寧黨內(nèi)民主思想產(chǎn)生的背景具有理論背景和歷史背景兩個(gè)方面,理論背景是列寧充分思考了考茨基對(duì)于機(jī)會(huì)主義的批判,并且也積極借鑒了盧森堡對(duì)其組織原則的批評(píng),而且還對(duì)俄國(guó)民粹主義科學(xué)主張的批判吸收;而西方資本主義國(guó)家民主政治的發(fā)展和當(dāng)時(shí)俄國(guó)高度落后的經(jīng)濟(jì)文化水平構(gòu)成了其思想形成的歷史背景。列寧黨內(nèi)民主思想的主要內(nèi)容有,全體黨員能夠平等地行使自己的權(quán)利,堅(jiān)持黨的代表大會(huì)年會(huì)制,堅(jiān)持實(shí)行民主選舉制,對(duì)黨內(nèi)的問(wèn)題實(shí)行民主討論制,建立黨內(nèi)民主監(jiān)督機(jī)制,堅(jiān)持集體領(lǐng)導(dǎo)制和堅(jiān)持民主集中制原則。列寧黨內(nèi)民主思想具有科學(xué)性、整體性、統(tǒng)一性以及與時(shí)俱進(jìn)性的四個(gè)鮮明特點(diǎn),他繼承并發(fā)展了馬克思恩格斯的黨內(nèi)民主思想,并闡述了黨內(nèi)民主的基本內(nèi)容及其實(shí)質(zhì),不但揭示了黨內(nèi)民主發(fā)展的一般規(guī)律,進(jìn)而還極大的推動(dòng)了黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)的發(fā)展進(jìn)程,因而具有重要的歷史地位。 近年來(lái),中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨對(duì)黨內(nèi)民主這一歷史命題賦予了越來(lái)越豐富的戰(zhàn)略意義,并且充分認(rèn)識(shí)到了,在當(dāng)前中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的重要時(shí)期,加強(qiáng)黨內(nèi)民主的重要性。而列寧黨內(nèi)民主思想不僅為中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)提供了科學(xué)的方法論,還奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ),更為中國(guó)民主制度建設(shè)提供了理論依據(jù)。因此,充分學(xué)習(xí)列寧黨內(nèi)民主思想的精髓,對(duì)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)和中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)都具有巨大的實(shí)踐價(jià)值和指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Lenin inherits Marx's inner party democratic thought in an all-round way, and creatively put forward the proposition about the construction of Democratic Party in the party. It has left valuable spiritual wealth for the later generations. The idea of the construction of democratic system in the Party of Lenin has an important guiding significance for us to build a socialist party with Chinese characteristics today.
This article is divided into five chapters to discuss Lenin's democratic thoughts in the party.
This article will produce the background, the main content, the characteristics and the historical position of Lenin's democratic thought in the party, and the five parts of the theoretical and practical value of the party's democratic construction of the Communist Party of China today. The theoretical source of Lenin's inner party democratic thought is mainly from the Democratic Thoughts in the Party of Marx and Engels. Engels's inner party democratic thought mainly includes four aspects of the party's Congress system, collective leadership and discussion system, democratic electoral system and reporting system. Its ideological connotation has a profound influence on Lenin, and Lenin has also inherited the excellent quality of Marx Engels's reconstruction of the system. Lenin's Inner Party Democracy The background has two aspects of theoretical background and historical background. The theoretical background is that Lenin fully thinks of Kautsky's criticism of opportunism, and also actively draws on Luxemburg's criticism of his organizational principles, and also criticizes Russian populist scientific claims; and Western capitalist countries are democratic. The development and the highly backward economic and cultural level of Russia at that time constitute the historical background of the formation of its thought. The main contents of Lenin's inner party democratic ideas are that all Party members can exercise their rights equally, adhere to the annual meeting system of the Party Congress, adhere to the democratic electoral system, carry out democratic discussion on the problems of the party and establish the party. Internal democratic supervision mechanism, adhere to the collective leadership system and adhere to the principle of democratic centralism. Lenin's inner-party democratic thought has four distinct features of science, integrity, unity and keeping pace with the times. He inherited and developed the democratic thoughts of Marx Engels, and explained the basic content and essence of Inner Party Democracy. It shows the general rule of Inner Party democracy development, and greatly promotes the development process of Inner Party democracy construction. Therefore, it has an important historical position.
In recent years, the Communist Party of China has given more and more strategic significance to the historical proposition of Inner Party democracy, and fully recognizes that it is important to strengthen the inner-party democracy in the important period of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. And Lenin's inner party democratic thought not only provides a scientific way for the party's Democratic Party Construction in the party. The theory of law has laid a solid theoretical basis and provided a theoretical basis for the construction of China's democratic system. Therefore, it is of great practical value and guidance for the party's democratic construction of the party and the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics to fully learn the essence of Lenin's democratic thoughts in the party.
