【摘要】：馬克思的國際觀是觀察和分析國際社會歷史變遷和發(fā)展規(guī)律的立場、方法和觀點的集合體,集中體現(xiàn)為對世界歷史變遷和世界交往演變規(guī)律的基本認知、對國際社會制度變革和主體力量關(guān)系矛盾運動的價值判斷,以及追求國際關(guān)系和國際秩序倫理正義的文化向度。馬克思以宏大歷史視角探討了世界歷史和國際體系演變規(guī)律,并深刻揭示出這一發(fā)展規(guī)律內(nèi)在的歷史動力和演化秘密,為認識國際關(guān)系的本質(zhì)和時代特征提供了新的分析框架。相較于同時期及相關(guān)的國際關(guān)系理論,馬克思的國際觀以獨有的階級立場和方法論原則,以嚴謹?shù)乃急孢壿嫼蛢r值高度,對國際社會的演變規(guī)律和內(nèi)在本質(zhì),特別是無產(chǎn)階級的歷史使命進行了科學(xué)研究和辯證分析,在國際關(guān)系的思想與理論光譜中獨樹一幟,為新時代中國外交理論創(chuàng)新提供思想指南。
[Abstract]:Marx's international view is the standpoint of observing and analyzing the historical changes and development laws of international society, the collection of methods and views, which is embodied in the basic cognition of the historical changes of the world and the law of the evolution of world exchanges. The value judgment of the international social system reform and the contradictory movement of the main force relationship, as well as the cultural dimension of pursuing the international relations and the ethical justice of the international order. Marx probed into the law of the evolution of world history and international system from a grand historical perspective, and deeply revealed the inherent historical motive force and evolution secret of this law of development, which provided a new analytical framework for understanding the essence of international relations and the characteristics of the times. Compared with the contemporary and related theories of international relations, Marx's international view, with its unique class stand and methodological principles, rigorous speculative logic and value, has great influence on the evolution and intrinsic nature of the international community. Especially the proletariat's historical mission has carried on the scientific research and the dialectical analysis, in the international relations thought and the theory spectrum is unique, provides the thought guide for the new era Chinese diplomacy theory innovation.
