【摘要】:中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨自成立以來(lái),就高度重視學(xué)習(xí)問(wèn)題,一直在進(jìn)行不懈的探索和實(shí)踐。毛澤東、鄧小平、江澤民三代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)都有所認(rèn)識(shí)和具體要求。黨的十六大以來(lái),以胡錦濤為總書(shū)記的中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體,依據(jù)世情、國(guó)情、黨情的新變化,根據(jù)全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)、建設(shè)富強(qiáng)民主文明和諧的社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化的新要求,在繼承馬列主義、毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論以及“三個(gè)代表”重要思想中關(guān)于學(xué)習(xí)思想的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)我國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)中存在的主要問(wèn)題,明確提出了建立學(xué)習(xí)型政黨、建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)等一系列重大思想,初步形成了較為系統(tǒng)的學(xué)習(xí)思想,把中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論體系的學(xué)習(xí)思想推進(jìn)到新的發(fā)展階段。 胡錦濤學(xué)習(xí)觀,是科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的重要組成部分,,是馬克思主義學(xué)習(xí)思想的繼承和發(fā)展,是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨集體智慧的結(jié)晶。本論文主要包括以下幾部分內(nèi)容: 第一部分:引言。主要介紹了選題背景、相關(guān)概念、研究現(xiàn)狀以及論文創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。 第二部分:胡錦濤學(xué)習(xí)觀的形成基礎(chǔ)。本部分首先論述胡錦濤學(xué)習(xí)觀形成的實(shí)踐背景。國(guó)情、世情、黨情都在發(fā)生著巨大的變化,不斷衍生出新的問(wèn)題,強(qiáng)調(diào)胡錦濤學(xué)習(xí)觀研究的緊迫性。第二,介紹了胡錦濤學(xué)習(xí)觀形成的理論淵源,從梳理馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家、黨的歷屆領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的學(xué)習(xí)思想中體現(xiàn)出胡錦濤學(xué)習(xí)觀的歷史繼承性。 第三部分:胡錦濤學(xué)習(xí)觀的基本內(nèi)容。本部分從四個(gè)方面論述了胡錦濤學(xué)習(xí)觀的基本內(nèi)容,也是全文的重點(diǎn)部分。主要體現(xiàn)在:明確胡錦濤學(xué)習(xí)觀的學(xué)習(xí)主體;歸納出五點(diǎn)學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容:學(xué)習(xí)理論、學(xué)習(xí)文化知識(shí)、學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐科學(xué)發(fā)展觀、學(xué)習(xí)踐行社會(huì)主義價(jià)值體系和向?qū)嵺`學(xué)習(xí);總結(jié)三種學(xué)習(xí)方法:理論和實(shí)踐相結(jié)合、自學(xué)與集體學(xué)習(xí)相結(jié)合、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部做表率;三個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)制度:中央政治局集體學(xué)習(xí)制度、黨委(黨組)中心學(xué)習(xí)制度、九年義務(wù)教育制度。力求從“為誰(shuí)學(xué)”、“學(xué)什么”、“怎么學(xué)”三方面把握胡錦濤學(xué)習(xí)觀的基本內(nèi)容。 第四部分:胡錦濤學(xué)習(xí)觀的時(shí)代特征。包括深刻的時(shí)代性、鮮明的人民性、明確的實(shí)踐性。本部分是本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)之一。 第五部分:胡錦濤學(xué)習(xí)觀的理論價(jià)值和實(shí)踐意義。本部分從理論價(jià)值和實(shí)踐價(jià)值兩個(gè)角度論述了胡錦濤學(xué)習(xí)觀的重要意義和作用。 胡錦濤的學(xué)習(xí)觀內(nèi)容豐富、博大精深。胡錦濤學(xué)習(xí)觀是科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的重要組成部分,是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)理論體系的新成果之一,對(duì)滿(mǎn)足人民群眾日益增長(zhǎng)的精神文化需求,提高國(guó)民素質(zhì),增強(qiáng)建設(shè)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的能力,具有直接的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Since its founding, the Communist Party of China has attached great importance to the issue of learning, has been unremitting exploration and practice. Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin three generations of leaders have a knowledge of learning and specific requirements. Since the 16th National Congress of the Party, the central leading collective, with Hu Jintao as its general secretary, has met the new requirements of building a well-off society in an all-round way and building a prosperous, strong, democratic, civilized and harmonious socialist modernization, according to the new changes in world conditions, national conditions, and party feelings. On the basis of inheriting the learning thought of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong thought, Deng Xiaoping theory and the important thought of "three represents", and aiming at the main problems existing in the study of our country, this paper puts forward the establishment of the learning-type political party. A series of important ideas, such as building a learning society, have initially formed a more systematic learning thought, pushing the study thought of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics to a new stage of development. It is an important part of the scientific development view, the inheritance and development of Marxist learning thought and the crystallization of the collective wisdom of the Communist Party of China. This paper mainly includes the following parts: the first part: introduction. This paper mainly introduces the background, related concepts, research status and innovation of the thesis. Part two: the formation of Hu Jintao learning view. This part first discusses the practical background of the formation of Hu Jintao learning view. Great changes are taking place in the national conditions, the world and the Party, and new problems are constantly arising, emphasizing the urgency of the study of Hu Jintao's concept of learning. Secondly, it introduces the theoretical origin of the formation of Hu Jintao's view of learning, from combing the Marxist classic writers, The historical inheritance of Hu Jintao's view of learning is embodied in the learning thoughts of successive leaders of the Party. Part three: the basic content of Hu Jintao's view of learning. This part discusses the basic content of Hu Jintao's learning view from four aspects, and it is also the key part of this paper. It mainly embodies in: defining the main body of Hu Jintao learning view, summarizing five learning contents: learning theory, learning cultural knowledge, learning scientific development view, learning and practicing socialist value system and learning from practice; Summing up three learning methods: combining theory with practice, combining self-study with collective learning, leading cadres to set an example, three learning systems: the collective learning system of the political Bureau of the Central Committee, the central learning system of the Party committee (party group), The nine-year compulsory education system. This paper tries to grasp the basic contents of Hu Jintao's view of learning from three aspects: "for whom to learn", "what to learn" and "how to learn". Part four: the characteristics of the era of Hu Jintao's view of learning. Including the profound nature of the times, bright people, clear practice. This part is one of the innovations of this paper. Part five: the theoretical value and practical significance of Hu Jintao's learning view. This part discusses the significance and function of Hu Jintao's view of learning from two angles of theoretical value and practical value. Hu Jintao's concept of learning is rich in content and extensive and profound. Hu Jintao learning view is an important part of the scientific development view and one of the new achievements of the social theory system with Chinese characteristics. It can meet the increasing spiritual and cultural needs of the people and improve the national quality. Strengthening the ability of building socialism with Chinese characteristics is of direct practical significance.
