【摘要】：鄧小平反腐倡廉思想是在新時(shí)期、新形勢下黨的第二代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體的智慧結(jié)晶,是對馬克思列寧主義、毛澤東思想中的反腐倡廉理論的繼承和發(fā)展,是鄧小平理論的重要組成部分。鄧小平在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)全黨、全國人民建設(shè)有中國特色的社會(huì)主義過程中,創(chuàng)造性地開辟了一條反腐倡廉新路子。他站在歷史的高度,結(jié)合時(shí)代發(fā)展需要,在實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上形成了其具有鮮明特色的反腐倡廉的系統(tǒng)理論。 在黨的十二大上,鄧小平深刻總結(jié)了黨自成立以來反腐工作中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)和十一屆三中全會(huì)以來廉政建設(shè)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),另辟蹊徑,提出制度反腐思想,第一次從思想上結(jié)束了毛澤東時(shí)代把腐敗現(xiàn)象看做是階級斗爭表現(xiàn)的理論認(rèn)識；第一次在實(shí)踐上推動(dòng)了我國反腐敗斗爭從權(quán)利反腐向制度反腐的巨大轉(zhuǎn)變,實(shí)現(xiàn)了反腐倡廉理論的一次偉大飛躍。 系統(tǒng)地研究、總結(jié)鄧小平反腐倡廉思想,對于完善我黨的反腐倡廉理論體系、指導(dǎo)新階段的反腐倡廉工作、加強(qiáng)執(zhí)政黨廉潔建設(shè)和純潔性建設(shè),都有著巨大的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文圍繞鄧小平反腐倡廉思想的形成和發(fā)展過程、主要原則方針、基本途徑等問題進(jìn)行研究,以期對其有一個(gè)準(zhǔn)確、全面的認(rèn)識,并闡述其對現(xiàn)階段的理論與實(shí)踐的意義。 全文共有三部分。第一部分：鄧小平反腐倡廉思想的形成與發(fā)展。主要闡明鄧小平反腐倡廉思想形成的理論基礎(chǔ)、實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)和形成過程；第二部分：鄧小平反腐倡廉思想的主要內(nèi)容。這是本文的重點(diǎn),主要闡述反腐倡廉思想的重要性和緊迫性、腐敗產(chǎn)生的主要根源和思想基礎(chǔ)、反腐倡廉的原則和方針、加強(qiáng)反腐倡廉的基本途徑；第三部分：鄧小平反腐倡廉思想的重大意義。主要闡述鄧小平反腐倡廉思想的理論和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:Deng Xiaoping's thought of fighting corruption and advocating clean government is the crystallization of the wisdom of the second generation leading collective of the Party in the new period and new situation. It is the inheritance and development of the theory of fighting corruption and advocating honesty in Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong's thought. It is an important part of Deng Xiaoping theory. In the process of leading the whole Party and building socialism with Chinese characteristics, Deng Xiaoping creatively opened up a new way to fight corruption and advocate clean government. From the perspective of history and the needs of the development of the times, he formed his system theory of fighting corruption and advocating honesty on the basis of practice. At the 12th National Congress of the Party, Deng Xiaoping summed up the experience and lessons learned from the anti-corruption work since its founding and the practical experience of building a clean and honest government since the third Plenary session of the Eleventh Central Committee, and put forward the idea of institutional anti-corruption. For the first time, it ends the theoretical understanding of the phenomenon of corruption as the manifestation of class struggle in the Mao Zedong era, and promotes the great transformation from the right anti-corruption to the institutional anti-corruption in practice. It has realized a great leap in the theory of fighting corruption and advocating clean government. The systematic study and summary of Deng Xiaoping's anti-corruption and clean government thoughts will improve our party's theoretical system of anti-corruption and promote clean government, guide the work of anti-corruption in the new stage, and strengthen the clean construction and purity construction of the ruling party. Both have great theoretical and practical significance. This paper focuses on the formation and development process, the main principles and the basic ways of Deng Xiaoping's anti-corruption thought, in order to have an accurate and comprehensive understanding of it, and expound its significance to the theory and practice at the present stage. There are three parts in this paper. The first part: the formation and development of Deng Xiaoping's anti-corruption thought. This paper mainly expounds the theoretical basis, practice foundation and forming process of Deng Xiaoping's anti-corruption thought. The second part: the main content of Deng Xiaoping's anti-corruption and promoting clean government thought. This is the focus of this paper, mainly expounds the importance and urgency of anti-corruption thought, the main source and ideological basis of corruption, the principle and policy of anti-corruption, and the basic ways to strengthen anti-corruption; The third part: the great significance of Deng Xiaoping's anti-corruption thought. This paper mainly expounds the theoretical and practical significance of Deng Xiaoping's anti-corruption thought.
