【摘要】：馬克思將國家的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展與消亡與階級對立緊密地聯(lián)系在一起。國家不是從來就有的,國家之前的人類社會是一種基于家庭血緣關(guān)系的自然秩序,國家是隨著階級和階級對立的出現(xiàn)而最終產(chǎn)生的。階級社會國家統(tǒng)治可分為剝削階級國家統(tǒng)治與無產(chǎn)階級專政國家治理。剝削階級國家的社會治理實質(zhì)上是由虛幻的共同體實行的一些人對另一些人的最高限度的剝削。而在無產(chǎn)階級專政的國家里,人民群眾重新收回政權(quán),人民是國家制度的實際承擔(dān)者。在未來的社會治理體系中,國家將隨著階級的消亡而消亡,未來的人類社會將是高度社會自治的被稱為“真實的共同體”的自由人聯(lián)合體。
[Abstract]:Marx closely linked the emergence, development and extinction of the state with class opposition. The state is not always there, the human society before the country is a natural order based on the blood relationship of the family, and the state comes into being with the emergence of class and class antagonism. Class society state rule can be divided into exploiting class state rule and proletarian dictatorship. The social governance of exploitative class states is essentially the maximum exploitation of others by some people by the illusory community. In a country under the dictatorship of the proletariat, the masses return to power, and the people are the actual bearers of the state system. In the future social governance system, the state will die out with the death of the class, and the future human society will be a high degree of social autonomy known as the "real community" of the free man association.
