【摘要】：正所謂社會(huì)公正,是指給每個(gè)人所應(yīng)得,亦即社會(huì)成員應(yīng)當(dāng)"得其所應(yīng)得"。(1)對(duì)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)而言,社會(huì)公正極為重要,不可或缺。在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下,社會(huì)公正是現(xiàn)代社會(huì)制度安排的基本價(jià)值理念依據(jù),改革發(fā)展應(yīng)當(dāng)"以促進(jìn)社會(huì)公平正義、增進(jìn)人民福祉為出發(fā)點(diǎn)和落腳點(diǎn)"。(2)由此,準(zhǔn)確理解并推進(jìn)社會(huì)公正,必然成為事關(guān)基本制度安排與重要政策制定的重大議題。進(jìn)一步看,現(xiàn)代意義上的社會(huì)
