【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化浪潮的推進(jìn)，世界各國把提高人力資本的質(zhì)量放在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中的重要位置，如何加快提高人力資本的質(zhì)量成為各國關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)問題。針對(duì)中國當(dāng)代人力資本的質(zhì)量偏低的現(xiàn)狀，有必要將如何提高人力資本的質(zhì)量作為新發(fā)展階段的重中之重。馬克思主義價(jià)值觀有利于提高人力資本的質(zhì)量，從而促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長。 本論文以馬克思主義價(jià)值觀為基礎(chǔ)，，探究當(dāng)代馬克思主義理論教育對(duì)受教育者的重要作用，結(jié)合中國實(shí)際，通過具體分析導(dǎo)致當(dāng)代中國人力資本偏低的原因，提出加強(qiáng)馬克思主義理論教育具體措施。 本文共分為五章，具體思路如下： 第一章緒論主要闡述了本論文的研究背景和意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究的思路和主要方法、創(chuàng)新之處，做好論文寫作的前期基礎(chǔ)。 第二章主要分析馬克思主義教育理論對(duì)受教育者的重要作用，指出馬克思主義理論教育有利于培養(yǎng)受教育者形成科學(xué)的思維方式、使教育者樹立正確的價(jià)值觀以及促進(jìn)受教育者全面的發(fā)展，從理論根源分析馬克思主義理論教育的重要性。 第三章主要是當(dāng)代中國人力資本質(zhì)量的分析，這是本論文的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容。從人力資本質(zhì)量偏低、勞動(dòng)者的技術(shù)熟練不高及科技創(chuàng)新水平不足等原因進(jìn)行分析。 第四章主要是對(duì)馬克思主義價(jià)值觀與人力資本的關(guān)系分析。本章重點(diǎn)闡述馬克思主義價(jià)值觀有利于提升人力資本的質(zhì)量，促進(jìn)勞動(dòng)者的技術(shù)進(jìn)步，以及提高科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步。 第五章分析了加強(qiáng)培養(yǎng)馬克思主義價(jià)值觀工作的具體措施，提升受教育者對(duì)價(jià)值觀與人力資本關(guān)系的認(rèn)識(shí)，提升教育工作者對(duì)價(jià)值觀與人力資本關(guān)系的認(rèn)識(shí)，以及教學(xué)方法的改良。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, countries all over the world put the improvement of human capital quality in the important position of economic development strategy. How to accelerate the improvement of human capital quality has become the focus of attention. In view of the low quality of contemporary human capital in China, it is necessary to consider how to improve the quality of human capital as the most important part of the new development stage. Marxist values are conducive to improving the quality of human capital, thereby promoting economic growth. On the basis of Marxist values, this paper explores the important role of contemporary Marxist theoretical education in the education of the educated, and analyzes the causes of the low human capital in contemporary China through concrete analysis in combination with the reality of China. Put forward concrete measures to strengthen Marxist theory education. This paper is divided into five chapters, the specific ideas are as follows: The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of this paper, the current research situation at home and abroad, the research ideas and main methods, the innovation, and do a good job in the early stage of the paper writing foundation. The second chapter mainly analyzes the important role of Marxist educational theory to the educatee, and points out that Marxist theoretical education is conducive to the cultivation of the educatee to form a scientific mode of thinking. The importance of Marxist theoretical education is analyzed from the theoretical root of the theory by enabling educators to set up correct values and to promote the all-round development of educatees. The third chapter is the analysis of the quality of contemporary Chinese human capital, which is the focus of this paper. This paper analyzes the causes of low quality of human capital, low technical proficiency of laborer and insufficient level of scientific and technological innovation. The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the relationship between Marxist values and human capital. This chapter focuses on Marxist values to promote the quality of human capital, promote the technological progress of workers, and improve the progress of science and technology. The fifth chapter analyzes the concrete measures to strengthen the work of cultivating Marxist values, to enhance the educatees' understanding of the relationship between values and human capital, and to enhance the educators' understanding of the relationship between values and human capital. And the improvement of teaching methods.
