【摘要】：中國(guó)自古就是一個(gè)多民族國(guó)家，能否正確認(rèn)識(shí)和解決民族問題始終是一個(gè)關(guān)系到國(guó)家興旺發(fā)達(dá)的重要問題。面對(duì)由歷史上遺留下來的民族間發(fā)展不平衡的情況，，中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨成立后積極探索如何促進(jìn)少數(shù)民族和民族地區(qū)的發(fā)展，實(shí)現(xiàn)各民族的共同繁榮發(fā)展。 本文以馬克思主義民族理論為基礎(chǔ)，以實(shí)現(xiàn)各民族共同繁榮發(fā)展為目標(biāo)，以促進(jìn)少數(shù)民族和民族地區(qū)發(fā)展為主題，通過對(duì)建黨以來各代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的民族發(fā)展觀的梳理，歸納總結(jié)出中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨民族發(fā)展觀的特點(diǎn)，為逐步縮小各民族間的發(fā)展差距、實(shí)現(xiàn)各民族共同繁榮和中華民族的偉大復(fù)興提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)啟示。 本文第一部分探討了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨民族發(fā)展觀形成的理論來源，深入研究了馬克思主義的民族發(fā)展思想和西方社會(huì)發(fā)展觀的演變，以及對(duì)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨民族發(fā)展觀的影響及借鑒作用。 第二部分梳理了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨民族發(fā)展觀的演變歷程，包括關(guān)于民族發(fā)展觀的萌芽、形成和發(fā)展三個(gè)時(shí)期。并且從經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化等方面的政策入手，全面的闡述了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的民族發(fā)展觀。 第三、四部分科學(xué)地概括和總結(jié)了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨民族發(fā)展觀的特點(diǎn)、基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)及為今后做好民族工作、促進(jìn)各民族協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展提供的啟示。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨民族理論豐富和發(fā)展了馬克思主義民族理論，促進(jìn)了我國(guó)民族工作的順利開展。研究它對(duì)我們做好現(xiàn)在和將來的民族工作有著重大的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:China has been a multi-ethnic country since ancient times. Whether we can correctly understand and solve national problems has always been an important issue related to the prosperity of our country.Faced with the unbalanced development of ethnic groups left over from history, the Communist Party of China has actively explored how to promote the development of ethnic minorities and ethnic regions and realize the common prosperity and development of all ethnic groups after the founding of the Communist Party of China.Based on Marxist national theory, this paper aims at realizing the common prosperity and development of all ethnic groups, taking the promotion of the development of ethnic minorities and ethnic regions as the theme, and combing the national development concept of the leaders of all generations since the founding of the Party.This paper summarizes the characteristics of the Chinese Communist Party's national development concept, and provides experience and enlightenment for gradually narrowing the development gap among the different nationalities and realizing the common prosperity of all nationalities and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The first part of this paper discusses the theoretical source of the formation of the Chinese Communist Party's national development concept, and deeply studies the evolution of the Marxist national development thought and the western social development view.And the influence and reference to the Chinese Communist Party's national development view.The second part combs the evolution course of the Chinese Communist Party's national development concept, including three periods about the germination, formation and development of the national development view.And from the economic, political, cultural and other aspects of the policy, comprehensive elaboration of the Chinese Communist Party's national development concept.The third and fourth parts scientifically summarize and summarize the characteristics of the CPC's national development concept, the basic experience and the enlightenment for doing the national work well and promoting the coordinated development of all nationalities in the future.The Chinese Communist Party's national theory enriches and develops Marxist national theory and promotes the smooth development of national work in China.The research on it has great guiding significance for us to do our present and future national work well.
