毛澤東生態(tài)思想研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今世界,生態(tài)危機(jī)問(wèn)題愈加凸顯。資源短缺、環(huán)境污染和生態(tài)失衡等環(huán)境問(wèn)題的出現(xiàn)已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重威脅到人類的生存和社會(huì)的發(fā)展。因此,尋找生態(tài)問(wèn)題的解決之道就成了當(dāng)務(wù)之急、刻不容緩。我黨對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境問(wèn)題亦十分關(guān)注。在黨的第十七次全國(guó)代表大會(huì)上,我黨提出要“建設(shè)生態(tài)文明”,并把生態(tài)文明建設(shè)作我黨今后的重要任務(wù)和評(píng)價(jià)我黨執(zhí)政能力的重要理論依據(jù)之一。這不僅反映了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨對(duì)建設(shè)生態(tài)文明的高度重視,也表明了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨對(duì)改善人與自然的關(guān)系、保持人與自然和諧發(fā)展的決心。 毛澤東同志作為偉大的無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)革命家,為新中國(guó)的成立、鞏固和發(fā)展做出了歷史性的貢獻(xiàn),在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、軍事等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域都取得了杰出的的成就。在他的著作和談話中,雖然沒(méi)有提出“生態(tài)”、“生態(tài)文明”等概念,但他在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)我黨進(jìn)行社會(huì)主義革命和建設(shè)的過(guò)程中,已經(jīng)意識(shí)到了保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境和資源的重要性,并提出了一系列有價(jià)值的生態(tài)建設(shè)的觀點(diǎn)和想法,對(duì)我國(guó)今后的生態(tài)建設(shè)和環(huán)境保護(hù)開(kāi)啟了正確的航程,同時(shí),也奠定了夯實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)。但是,毛澤東生的態(tài)思想作為社會(huì)性歷史性的產(chǎn)物,亦不可避免受到歷史局限性的制約。因此,認(rèn)真總結(jié)毛澤東生態(tài)思想的形成條件、主要內(nèi)容,并給與其客觀全面的評(píng)價(jià),充分發(fā)掘其所蘊(yùn)含的時(shí)代價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示,對(duì)于我們更加深刻地理解科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,建設(shè)中國(guó)特色的生態(tài)文明,具有非常重要的指導(dǎo)作用。 通過(guò)對(duì)毛澤東關(guān)于生態(tài)和環(huán)境等問(wèn)題的理論和實(shí)踐的研究和探索,本文主要分為四大部分。第一部分,對(duì)毛澤東思想中有關(guān)生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)部分的形成原因進(jìn)行研究;第二部分,整理闡述毛澤東的生態(tài)思想的主要內(nèi)容;第三部分,科學(xué)合理地評(píng)價(jià)毛澤東的生態(tài)思想;第四部分,發(fā)掘其所蘊(yùn)含的時(shí)代價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示,以期對(duì)我們的生態(tài)文明建設(shè)提供有價(jià)值的建議。 生態(tài)文明作為先進(jìn)的文明形態(tài),引領(lǐng)著現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。毛澤東生態(tài)思想雖然誕生于我國(guó)社會(huì)主義革命和建設(shè)的初期,但是對(duì)我們今天建設(shè)中國(guó)特色生態(tài)文明,構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)和小康社會(huì)仍然有重要的指導(dǎo)意義,是我們進(jìn)行生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的指導(dǎo)思想。現(xiàn)階段,自覺(jué)地學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒毛澤東生態(tài)思想,領(lǐng)悟其精髓,掌握其方法,并將其運(yùn)用于我國(guó)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的實(shí)踐之中,必然能推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義物質(zhì)文明、政治文明、精神文明與生態(tài)文明的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the problem of ecological crisis is becoming more and more prominent in the world.The emergence of environmental problems such as shortage of resources, environmental pollution and ecological imbalance has seriously threatened the survival of human beings and the development of society.Therefore, it is urgent to find the solution to ecological problems.Our party is also very concerned about the ecological environment.At the 17th National Congress of the Party, our Party put forward the idea of "building ecological civilization", and made the construction of ecological civilization an important task for our Party in the future and one of the important theoretical bases for evaluating our Party's ruling ability.This not only reflects the Communist Party of China's attention to the construction of ecological civilization, but also shows the Chinese Communist Party's determination to improve the relationship between man and nature and to maintain the harmonious development of man and nature.As a great proletarian revolutionist, Comrade Mao Zedong made historic contributions to the establishment, consolidation and development of New China, and made outstanding achievements in many fields, such as politics, economy, culture, military and so on.Although he did not put forward the concepts of "ecology" and "ecological civilization" in his works and talks, he was aware of the importance of protecting the ecological environment and resources in the course of leading the socialist revolution and construction of our Party.A series of valuable viewpoints and ideas on ecological construction have been put forward, which have opened a correct course for our country's future ecological construction and environmental protection, and at the same time, laid a solid theoretical foundation.However, Mao Zedong's state thought, as a result of social history, is inevitably restricted by historical limitations.Therefore, summarizing the forming conditions and main contents of Mao Zedong's ecological thought, giving it an objective and comprehensive evaluation, fully exploring the value of the times and the practical enlightenment contained therein, will help us to understand the scientific concept of development more deeply.The construction of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics has a very important guiding role.Through the research and exploration of Mao Zedong's theory and practice on ecology and environment, this paper is divided into four parts.The first part is to study the forming reason of Mao Zedong's thought about ecological environment protection, the second part is to sort out the main contents of Mao Zedong's ecological thought, the third part is to evaluate the ecological thought of Mao Zedong scientifically and reasonably.The fourth part is to explore its value and practical enlightenment in order to provide valuable suggestions for our ecological civilization construction.Ecological civilization, as an advanced form of civilization, is leading the development trend of modern society.Although Mao Zedong's ecological thought was born in the early stage of socialist revolution and construction in China, it still has important guiding significance for us to build ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics, build a harmonious socialist society and a well-off society today.It is our guiding ideology for the construction of ecological civilization.At the present stage, consciously learning and drawing lessons from Mao Zedong's ecological thought, understanding its essence, mastering its methods, and applying it to the practice of ecological civilization construction in our country are bound to promote socialist material civilization and political civilization.Harmonious development of spiritual civilization and ecological civilization, construction of socialist harmonious society.
