【摘要】：回顧我黨波瀾壯闊的發(fā)展歷程,審視改革開放及社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的宏偉畫面,群眾觀點(diǎn)始終是我黨取得卓越成就的偉大法寶。黨的十六大以來,胡錦濤總書記針對(duì)醫(yī)療、教育、社會(huì)保障等方面出現(xiàn)的問題,總結(jié)各國(guó)在發(fā)展問題上的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),致力于構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的偉大工程,形成了親民、愛民、惠民的群眾觀。對(duì)胡錦濤群眾觀的研究,既是對(duì)我黨群眾路線深入學(xué)習(xí)的重要體現(xiàn),也是探討新時(shí)期提高我黨執(zhí)政能力的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求。 本文試從胡錦濤群眾觀的理論淵源、主要內(nèi)容、當(dāng)代價(jià)值等方面進(jìn)行研究,以期能夠在學(xué)術(shù)上起到拋磚引玉的作用。在論文撰寫過程中,首先以胡錦濤群眾觀的理論淵源為切入點(diǎn),從文化淵源上講,胡錦濤群眾觀是對(duì)中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)民本思想的科學(xué)揚(yáng)棄；從理論基礎(chǔ)上講,胡錦濤群眾觀是對(duì)馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家和中國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體關(guān)于群眾觀點(diǎn)的繼承與創(chuàng)新。其次以胡錦濤群眾觀的主要內(nèi)容為分析主線,這是本文的核心部分,主要包括胡錦濤群眾觀的基本原則、時(shí)代選擇、核心內(nèi)容、服務(wù)宗旨四個(gè)方面,力求全方位、多視角地展現(xiàn)胡錦濤群眾觀的理論體系。最后以胡錦濤群眾觀的當(dāng)代價(jià)值為落腳點(diǎn),胡錦濤群眾觀在繼承馬克思主義群眾觀的基礎(chǔ)上,不僅為改善民生問題提供了重要?jiǎng)恿?也為構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)及建設(shè)美麗中國(guó)的宏偉目標(biāo)指明了方向。 認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)、踐行胡錦濤群眾觀的光輝思想,忠實(shí)繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)我黨的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng),是保持我黨先進(jìn)性和開創(chuàng)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)新局面的迫切需求。豐碩的實(shí)踐成果,生動(dòng)的發(fā)展事實(shí),充分彰顯了胡錦濤群眾觀的真理價(jià)值和實(shí)踐意義。我們深信,隨著胡錦濤群眾觀的深入貫徹及落實(shí),中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨與人民群眾的血肉聯(lián)系將會(huì)更加緊密,黨的群眾路線在新的實(shí)踐中將會(huì)得到更好的運(yùn)用與發(fā)展,群眾工作將會(huì)煥發(fā)新的生機(jī)和活力。因此,研究和探討胡錦濤的群眾觀,不僅具有較高的學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值,而且也具有特別重要的實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:Reviewing our party's magnificent development course and examining the grand picture of reform and opening up and socialist construction, the mass view is always the great magic weapon of our party's remarkable achievements.Since the 16th National Congress of the Party, General Secretary Hu Jintao has summed up the experiences and lessons of various countries in the development of medical care, education, social security and other problems, devoted himself to the great project of building a socialist harmonious society, and formed a pro-people relationship.Love the people, benefit the people's view of the masses.The study of Hu Jintao's mass view is not only an important embodiment of our party's mass line in-depth study, but also a realistic demand for exploring the new period to improve our party's ruling ability.This paper tries to study the theoretical origin, main content and contemporary value of Hu Jintao's view of the masses in order to play an important role in the academic field.In the process of writing the thesis, firstly, the theoretical origin of Hu Jintao's view of the masses is taken as the starting point. From the perspective of cultural origin, the mass view of Hu Jintao is a scientific sublation of the Chinese traditional people-oriented thought.Hu Jintao's mass view is the inheritance and innovation of Marxist classic writers and Chinese leading groups.Secondly, taking the main content of Hu Jintao's mass view as the main line of analysis, this is the core part of this paper, which mainly includes four aspects: the basic principle, the time choice, the core content, and the service purpose of Hu Jintao's mass view.Showing the theoretical system of Hu Jintao's mass view from many angles.Finally, taking the contemporary value of Hu Jintao's view of the masses as its foothold, Hu Jintao's view of the masses, on the basis of inheriting the Marxist view of the masses, not only provides an important impetus for improving the livelihood of the people,Also for the construction of socialist harmonious society and the construction of beautiful China's grand goal pointed out the direction.It is an urgent need to conscientiously study and practice Hu Jintao's brilliant thought of mass view and to faithfully inherit and carry forward the fine traditions of our Party in order to maintain our Party's advanced nature and create a new situation in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Abundant practical achievements and vivid development facts fully demonstrate the truth value and practical significance of Hu Jintao's mass view.We are convinced that with the in-depth implementation and implementation of Hu Jintao's view of the masses, the blood and flesh ties between the CPC and the masses of the people will become closer, and the party's mass line will be better used and developed in the new practice.Mass work will have new vitality and vitality.Therefore, the study and discussion of Hu Jintao's mass view not only has higher academic value, but also has special practical significance.
