【摘要】：中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義法治理論反映了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨在建構(gòu)社會(huì)主義法治話語(yǔ)體系上的理論自覺(jué)與主體性堅(jiān)持。習(xí)近平關(guān)于法治的論述通過(guò)重新梳理法治與改革的關(guān)系,引入"治理現(xiàn)代化"的全新理念,突出法治思維和法治方式的重要性,深化了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨關(guān)于法治的戰(zhàn)略地位、全局意義、發(fā)展思路的認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:The theory of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics reflects the theoretical consciousness and subjectivity of the Communist Party of China in constructing the discourse system of socialist rule of law. Introducing the new idea of "governing modernization", highlighting the importance of the thinking of rule by law and the way of ruling by law, deepens the understanding of the strategic position, overall significance and development thinking of the rule of law by the Communist Party of China.
