【摘要】：論文分五部分，馬克思社會(huì)公正思想的形成；馬克思社會(huì)公正思想的基本內(nèi)容；馬克思社會(huì)公正思想在我國(guó)的實(shí)踐成就；馬克思社會(huì)公正思想在我國(guó)的實(shí)踐困境及以馬克思社會(huì)公正思想推動(dòng)我國(guó)社會(huì)共正的建設(shè)。 首先，對(duì)馬克思社會(huì)公正思想的形成從理論溯源和實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)兩方面進(jìn)行了論述。馬克思社會(huì)公正思想主要有四個(gè)溯源，分別是古希臘哲學(xué)家社會(huì)公正思想、近代啟蒙時(shí)期社會(huì)公正思想、德國(guó)古典哲學(xué)社會(huì)公正思想和空想社會(huì)主義社會(huì)公正思想；馬克思社會(huì)公正思想的實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)包括馬克思的社會(huì)實(shí)踐和無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)革命實(shí)踐。 其次，對(duì)馬克思社會(huì)公正思想基本內(nèi)容的闡釋?zhuān)R克思社會(huì)公正思想內(nèi)涵、實(shí)質(zhì)、特征三個(gè)方面。馬克思社會(huì)公正思想內(nèi)涵包括分配公正、平等自由和社會(huì)調(diào)劑；馬克思社會(huì)公正思想中，，社會(huì)公正享有主體為所有人、實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑為徹底消滅階級(jí)、社會(huì)公正價(jià)值歸宿為人的全面自由發(fā)展；馬克思社會(huì)公正思想特征主要包括歷史性、階級(jí)性和具體性。 再次，論述了馬克思社會(huì)公正思想在我國(guó)的實(shí)踐成就，分別從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)三個(gè)領(lǐng)域展開(kāi)。經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的實(shí)踐成就是生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展水平不斷提高及勞動(dòng)分配制度日漸公正；政治領(lǐng)域的實(shí)踐成就是自由平等觀念深入人心及政治權(quán)利逐步得到保障；社會(huì)領(lǐng)域的實(shí)踐成就是以人為本觀念逐步貫徹及社會(huì)保障體系日趨完善。 復(fù)次，提出了馬克思社會(huì)公正思想的實(shí)踐困境，從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)三個(gè)領(lǐng)域展開(kāi)論述。經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的實(shí)踐困境包括社會(huì)貧富差距拉大及社會(huì)再分配力度較弱；政治領(lǐng)域公正建設(shè)困境包括社會(huì)公共權(quán)力運(yùn)用失當(dāng)及公民權(quán)利不能完全落實(shí)；社會(huì)領(lǐng)域公正建設(shè)困境包括社會(huì)保障體系存在缺陷及社會(huì)弱勢(shì)群體邊緣化。 最后，以馬克思社會(huì)公正思想推動(dòng)我國(guó)社會(huì)公正建設(shè)。經(jīng)濟(jì)公正建設(shè)方面，改革收入分配制度及完善社會(huì)再分配制度；政治公正建設(shè)方面，合理限制和監(jiān)督公共權(quán)力及大力保障和實(shí)現(xiàn)公民權(quán)利；社會(huì)公正建設(shè)方面，不斷健全社會(huì)保障體系及強(qiáng)化社會(huì)弱勢(shì)群體支持力度。
[Abstract]:The paper is divided into five parts: the formation of Marx's social justice thought, the basic content of Marx's social justice thought, the practical achievement of Marx's social justice thought in our country; The practical dilemma of Marx's social justice thought in our country and the construction of social justice in our country with Marx's social justice thought. First of all, the formation of Marx's social justice thought is discussed from two aspects: the theoretical origin and the practical basis. Marx's social justice thought has four main sources, namely, the ancient Greek philosopher's social justice thought. The social justice thought of modern enlightenment period, German classical philosophy social justice thought and utopian socialist social justice thought, Marx's social justice thought practice foundation includes Marx's social practice and proletarian revolution practice. Secondly, it explains the basic content of Marx's social justice thought, including three aspects: Marx's social justice thought connotation, essence and characteristic. Marx's social justice thought connotation includes distribution justice, equality freedom and social adjustment. In Marx's thought of social justice, the main body of social justice is all, the way to realize it is the thorough elimination of class, and the value of social justice is the comprehensive and free development of man. Class and concreteness. Thirdly, the author discusses the practical achievements of Marx's social justice thought in our country, starting from the political, economic and social fields. The practical achievements in the economic field are the continuous improvement of the productive forces' development level and the increasing fairness of the labor distribution system. The practical achievement in the political field is that the concept of freedom and equality is deeply rooted in the people's heart and the political rights are gradually guaranteed, while the practical achievement in the social field is the gradual implementation of the people-oriented concept and the improvement of the social security system. This paper puts forward the practical dilemma of Marx's social justice thought, which is discussed from the three fields of politics, economy and society. The practical dilemma in the economic field includes the widening gap between the rich and the poor in society and the weak redistribution of the society. The dilemmas of the construction of justice in the political field include the improper use of social public power and the failure to fully implement the civil rights, and the dilemmas of the construction of justice in the social field include the defects of the social security system and the marginalization of the social vulnerable groups. Finally, we should promote the construction of social justice with Marx's social justice thought. In the construction of economic justice, we should reform the income distribution system and perfect the social redistribution system, as well as the construction of political justice. In the construction of social justice, we should constantly perfect the social security system and strengthen the support of the social vulnerable groups.
