【摘要】：黑格爾在批判地繼承了契約主義與古典經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)思想的基礎(chǔ)上,認(rèn)為只有代表特殊利益的市民社會(huì)上升為代表普遍利益的政治國(guó)家才能克服市民社會(huì)與政治國(guó)家之間的矛盾。早期馬克思停留在市民社會(huì)與政治國(guó)家二元分離的語(yǔ)境中,并借用費(fèi)爾巴哈的思想提出了對(duì)黑格爾方案的批判,但仍沒有找到解決市民社會(huì)與政治國(guó)家分裂的現(xiàn)實(shí)道路。新唯物主義的歷史觀所揭示的"政治國(guó)家復(fù)歸于社會(huì)"的思想從根本上解決了市民社會(huì)與政治國(guó)家分裂的難題,實(shí)現(xiàn)了國(guó)家觀的革命。
[Abstract]:Hegel critically inherited the ideas of contractualism and classical economics. Only when the civil society representing special interests rises to a political state representing general interests can the contradiction between civil society and political state be overcome. Early Marx stayed in the context of dual separation between civil society and political state. And borrow Feuerbach's thought to put forward the critique to Hegel's scheme, However, there is still no realistic way to solve the division between the civil society and the political state. The idea of "the return of the political state to the society" revealed by the new materialist view of history has fundamentally solved the difficult problem of the division between the civil society and the political state. The revolution of the concept of state was realized.
