【摘要】：馬克思農(nóng)業(yè)觀的主要內(nèi)容包括:農(nóng)業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中處于基礎(chǔ)性地位;資本主義私有制決定了資本主義農(nóng)業(yè)的不合理性;其創(chuàng)造的生產(chǎn)力,為未來社會(huì)的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展提供物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ);大工業(yè)在農(nóng)業(yè)中的運(yùn)用能夠引起社會(huì)的根本性變革;小塊土地經(jīng)營模式必將被大農(nóng)業(yè)所取代;資本主義農(nóng)業(yè)的任何進(jìn)步都是"掠奪""技巧"的進(jìn)步;必須徹底消滅資本主義私有制,建立公有制,但在不同類型國家要采取不同實(shí)現(xiàn)形式;未來,現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)必將得到長足發(fā)展。馬克思的農(nóng)業(yè)觀為新形勢(shì)下我國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展提供了豐富的理論資源,應(yīng)進(jìn)一步突出農(nóng)業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的基礎(chǔ)性地位;在完善社會(huì)主義公有制的前提下創(chuàng)新農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營體制的實(shí)現(xiàn)形式與運(yùn)行機(jī)制;實(shí)施農(nóng)地"確權(quán)"并在此基礎(chǔ)上鼓勵(lì)合理"流轉(zhuǎn)"土地經(jīng)營權(quán)或使用權(quán)。
[Abstract]:The main contents of Marx's view of agriculture include: agriculture is in a basic position in the national economy; capitalist private ownership determines the irrationality of capitalist agriculture; the productive forces created by it provide the material basis for the agricultural development of the future society; The application of big industry in agriculture can cause the fundamental change of society, the management mode of small plots of land will be replaced by big agriculture, any progress of capitalist agriculture will be the progress of "plunder" and "technique"; Capitalist private ownership must be completely eliminated and public ownership established, but different forms of realization must be adopted in different types of countries; in the future, Modern agriculture is bound to be greatly developed. Marx's view of agriculture provides abundant theoretical resources for the development of agriculture in China under the new situation, which should further highlight the basic position of agriculture in the national economy. Under the premise of perfecting socialist public ownership, we should innovate the realization form and operation mechanism of agricultural production and management system, implement farmland "right of confirmation" and, on this basis, encourage rational "circulation" of land management right or right of use.
