【摘要】：工業(yè)化是任何傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)大國(guó)向工業(yè)文明國(guó)家邁進(jìn)的過(guò)程中,不可逾越的發(fā)展階段。也是一個(gè)發(fā)展中國(guó)家完成現(xiàn)代化必須經(jīng)歷的過(guò)程。新中國(guó)從建立之初實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)化就成為我國(guó)需要迫切解決的問(wèn)題。盡管以毛澤東為首的共產(chǎn)黨人在探索我國(guó)的工業(yè)化道路中提出了許多有建設(shè)性的想法,但是直到改革開(kāi)放以前我國(guó)在工業(yè)化的實(shí)踐中始終沒(méi)有突破蘇聯(lián)模式的限制。 改革開(kāi)放以后,鄧小平在總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和借鑒前人工業(yè)化思想的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了新時(shí)期的工業(yè)化思想。新時(shí)期鄧小平工業(yè)化思想主要包括七個(gè)方面。以鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)為載體,促進(jìn)農(nóng)村工業(yè)化的發(fā)展；以市場(chǎng)化改革為導(dǎo)向,推進(jìn)工業(yè)化運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)體制的轉(zhuǎn)變；對(duì)內(nèi)改革與對(duì)外開(kāi)放同時(shí)并舉,加快工業(yè)化建設(shè)；效率優(yōu)先的區(qū)域不均衡發(fā)展的工業(yè)化戰(zhàn)略；多種所有制經(jīng)濟(jì)成分共同發(fā)展推進(jìn)工業(yè)化建設(shè)；依靠科技和教育,促進(jìn)工業(yè)化的水平升級(jí)；為工業(yè)化發(fā)展制定切實(shí)可行的“三步走”戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)等。這些思想在實(shí)踐中發(fā)揮了巨大的功效,引領(lǐng)我國(guó)的工業(yè)化建設(shè)取得了輝煌的成就。 新時(shí)期鄧小平的工業(yè)化思想是對(duì)毛澤東工業(yè)化思想的繼承與超越,同時(shí)也是鄧小平理論的重要組成部分。它對(duì)進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以后,我國(guó)提出走新型工業(yè)化道路發(fā)揮了重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Industrialization is the process in which any traditional agricultural country moves towards an industrial civilization. An insurmountable stage of development. It is also a process that a developing country must go through in order to complete its modernization. The industrialization of New China from the beginning of its establishment has become an urgent problem to be solved in our country, despite the fact that Mao Zedong is the leader of the Communist Party. In exploring the road to industrialization in our country, the CPC members have put forward many constructive ideas. But before the reform and opening up, our country never broke through the limitation of the Soviet model in the practice of industrialization. After the reform and opening up, Deng Xiaoping, on the basis of summing up his experience and drawing lessons from his predecessors' industrialization thought, put forward the industrialization thought of the new era, which mainly includes seven aspects. To promote the development of rural industrialization; to promote the transformation of industrial operation system guided by market-oriented reform; to speed up the construction of industrialization at the same time as domestic reform and opening to the outside world; The economic components of various forms of ownership develop together to promote the industrialization construction, and rely on science and technology and education to promote the upgrading of industrialization level; These thoughts have played a great role in practice and led the industrialization construction of our country to make brilliant achievements. Deng Xiaoping's industrialization thought in the new period is not only the inheritance and transcendence of Mao Zedong's industrialization thought, but also an important part of Deng Xiaoping's theory. Our country proposed to take the new industrialization road to play an important role.
