【摘要】：無(wú)論是過(guò)去還是現(xiàn)在，“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題歷來(lái)為黨中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體所備加關(guān)注。新中國(guó)成立后，作為黨的第一代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體的核心，毛澤東愈發(fā)重視“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題。認(rèn)真梳理和研究新中國(guó)成立以后的毛澤東“三農(nóng)”思想，，可以為指導(dǎo)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)提供諸多有益啟示。本論文首先對(duì)新中國(guó)成立后毛澤東“三農(nóng)”思想的理論淵源進(jìn)行論述。其中包括馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家關(guān)于“三農(nóng)”的論述、中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化中的思想等。其次，論述了新中國(guó)成立后毛澤東“三農(nóng)”思想的主要內(nèi)容——農(nóng)業(yè)合作化、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化、人民公社建設(shè)、農(nóng)民利益保障思想。再次，論述了毛澤東“三農(nóng)”思想的歷史貢獻(xiàn)、歷史局限及當(dāng)代啟迪；毛澤東的“三農(nóng)”思想具有里程碑式的意義，對(duì)解決中國(guó)“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題有著開(kāi)拓性的歷史貢獻(xiàn)。當(dāng)然，在厘清毛澤東“三農(nóng)”思想歷史貢獻(xiàn)的同時(shí)，我們也應(yīng)該看到其歷史局限性，即過(guò)分強(qiáng)調(diào)了生產(chǎn)關(guān)系對(duì)于生產(chǎn)力的反作用，過(guò)分強(qiáng)調(diào)了人的主觀(guān)能動(dòng)性以及分配上的平均主義和經(jīng)濟(jì)工作中的政治掛帥等。無(wú)論是經(jīng)驗(yàn)或是教訓(xùn)，毛澤東“三農(nóng)”思想對(duì)我國(guó)“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題的更好解決所詔示的啟示是彌足珍貴的，特別是“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題仍然是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的基本問(wèn)題、解決“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題必須充分尊重客觀(guān)規(guī)律、以人為本，切實(shí)維護(hù)好農(nóng)民利益、夯實(shí)農(nóng)業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)地位，推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化、推進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)一體化，加快建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村的步伐。
[Abstract]:Whether in the past or now, the issue of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" has always been given more attention by the collective leadership of the CPC Central Committee. After the founding of New China, it was the core of the first generation of the Party's leading collective. Mao Zedong has paid more and more attention to the issue of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". He has carefully combed and studied the "three rural" thoughts of Mao Zedong after the founding of New China. This paper first discusses the theoretical origin of Mao Zedong's thought of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" after the founding of New China. Secondly, it discusses the main contents of Mao Zedong's thought of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" after the founding of New China-agricultural cooperation, agricultural modernization, the construction of people's communes, the protection of farmers' interests. This paper discusses the historical contribution, historical limitation and contemporary enlightenment of Mao Zedong's thought of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". The thought of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" put forward by Mao Zedong has the landmark significance and has a pioneering historical contribution to solving the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" in China. While clarifying Mao Zedong's historical contribution to the ideology of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", we should also see its historical limitations, that is, excessive emphasis has been placed on the reaction of production relations to productive forces. Overemphasize the subjective initiative of human beings, as well as equalitarianism in distribution and political leadership in economic work. Whether it is experience or lessons, Mao Zedong's thought of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is a valuable revelation to solve the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers in China, especially the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is still the basic problem in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. To solve the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers", we must fully respect the objective law, put people first, safeguard the interests of farmers, consolidate the basic position of agriculture, promote the modernization of agriculture, promote the integration of urban and rural areas, and speed up the pace of building a new socialist countryside.
