【摘要】：馬克思主義思想政治教育理論是馬克思主義理論體系的重要組成部分。它是先進(jìn)的馬克思主義者在參加和指導(dǎo)無產(chǎn)階級革命運動的實踐中，結(jié)合無產(chǎn)階級人民群眾的思想實際而逐漸形成、豐富和發(fā)展的。它是進(jìn)行思想政治教育的理論依據(jù)和思想武器，是黨和國家制定思想政治教育方針政策的指針。思想政治教育承擔(dān)著培養(yǎng)中國特色社會主義事業(yè)合格建設(shè)者和可靠接班人的歷史使命，思想政治教育能否發(fā)揮其功效，直接關(guān)系著祖國未來的穩(wěn)定、發(fā)展和進(jìn)步。本文在學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒理論界對思想政治教育研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，以馬克思主義理論為指導(dǎo)思想，結(jié)合新疆地區(qū)思想政治教育教學(xué)實踐，堅持理論與實際相結(jié)合的觀點，主要圍繞四個方面對馬克思主義灌輸和清除理論的關(guān)系及其在新疆思想政治教育中的運用展開思考，為新疆地區(qū)思想政治教育的實效性和針對性以及教育教學(xué)改革發(fā)展做一些有益的嘗試和探討。 首先，對馬克思主義灌輸理論進(jìn)行了歷史的追溯，說明灌輸理論是發(fā)展的理論。馬克思、恩格斯對灌輸理論做出了初步表述，列寧對灌輸理論的繼承和發(fā)展做出了重大貢獻(xiàn)，同時闡述了灌輸理論的主要觀點。 其次，對馬克思主義清除理論進(jìn)行了歷史的追溯，說明清除理論是發(fā)展的理論。馬克思、恩格斯對清除理論做出了初步表述，毛澤東對清除理論進(jìn)行了繼承、發(fā)展和完善，并對清除理論的主要觀點、馬克思主義灌輸和清除理論的意義進(jìn)行了闡述。 再次，對灌輸和清除理論的關(guān)系研究。探討了灌輸和清除理論都是針對教育對象提出的，在思想政治教育過程中都體現(xiàn)出一種方法，二者的目的是一致的，并從思想政治教育角度、二者的辯證統(tǒng)一以及意識形態(tài)領(lǐng)域三方面闡述了二者的關(guān)系，同時闡述了灌輸和清除理論在思想政治教育中的作用。 最后，對灌輸和清除理論在新疆思想政治教育實踐中的問題及其對策分析。論述了灌輸和清除理論在新疆思想政治教育實踐中的現(xiàn)狀，指出灌輸和清除理論在新疆思想政治教育實踐中存在對灌輸和清除理論認(rèn)識的不到位，對馬克思主義灌輸和清除理論的研究工作十分薄弱，對如何搞好灌輸和清除的方法問題探索不足等問題，，并對其原因進(jìn)行了分析，提出了改進(jìn)灌輸和清除理論在新疆思想政治教育中運用的對策。
[Abstract]:The theory of Marxist ideological and political education is an important part of the theoretical system of Marxism. It is the practice of the advanced Marxists in participating in and guiding the proletarian revolutionary movement. Gradually formed, enriched and developed in combination with the ideological reality of the masses of the proletariat. It is the theoretical basis and ideological weapon for ideological and political education. Ideological and political education undertakes the historical mission of training qualified builders and reliable successors in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and whether ideological and political education can play its role, It is directly related to the future stability, development and progress of the motherland. On the basis of studying and drawing lessons from the research results of ideological and political education in the theoretical circle, this paper takes Marxism theory as the guiding ideology and combines the teaching practice of ideological and political education in Xinjiang region. Adhering to the viewpoint of combining theory with practice, thinking about the relationship between Marxism indoctrination and erasure theory and its application in Xinjiang ideological and political education in four aspects. Some useful attempts and discussions are made for the effectiveness and pertinence of ideological and political education in Xinjiang and the reform and development of education and teaching. First of all, the author traces the history of the theory of Marxism indoctrination, and explains that the theory of indoctrination is the theory of development. Marx and Engels have made a preliminary statement of the theory of indoctrination, and Lenin has made great contributions to the inheritance and development of the theory of indoctrination. At the same time, the main viewpoints of inculcation theory are expounded. Secondly, it traces the history of Marxist purge theory, and explains that purge theory is a developing theory. Marx and Engels have made a preliminary exposition on the purge theory, Mao Zedong has inherited, developed and perfected the purge theory. The main viewpoints of purge theory and the significance of Marxist indoctrination and purge theory are expounded. Thirdly, the relationship between indoctrination and purging theory is studied. The theory of indoctrination and purge is put forward for the object of education, and it embodies a method in the process of ideological and political education. The purpose of both is the same. From the perspective of ideological and political education, the dialectical unity of the two and the ideological field of the three aspects of the relationship between the two, as well as the role of the theory of inculcation and removal in ideological and political education. Finally, the paper analyzes the problems and countermeasures of the theory of inculcation and purge in the practice of Xinjiang's ideological and political education, and discusses the present situation of the theory of inculcation and purge in the practice of Xinjiang's ideological and political education. It is pointed out that the theory of indoctrination and purge is not well understood in the practice of ideological and political education in Xinjiang, and the research on the theory of indoctrination and purge of Marxism is very weak. This paper probes into the problems of how to do well the methods of indoctrination and cleanup, and analyzes the causes, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the application of the theory of indoctrination and purging in Xinjiang ideological and political education.
