【摘要】：在新形勢(shì)下,提高黨聯(lián)系群眾尤其是農(nóng)民群體的質(zhì)量必須提高農(nóng)民組織化水平。黨的群眾路線視域下提高農(nóng)民組織化水平需要對(duì)其進(jìn)行頂層設(shè)計(jì),充分發(fā)揮農(nóng)村基層黨組織的戰(zhàn)斗堡壘作用,規(guī)范現(xiàn)有群眾互助性合作組織建設(shè)。在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)下,真正踐行黨的群眾路線、提高農(nóng)民組織化水平,必須注重強(qiáng)化政府服務(wù)職能。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation, to improve the quality of the Party's contact with the masses, especially the peasants' groups, we must improve the level of organization of the peasants. In the view of the mass line of the Party, it is necessary to design the top level for the improvement of the level of the organization of the peasants. To give full play to the role of basic-level party organizations in rural areas as a fighting fortress, to standardize the building of existing cooperative organizations for mutual assistance among the masses, to truly practice the mass line of the Party in the form of a market economy, and to raise the level of organization of the peasants. Attention must be paid to strengthening the functions of government services.
