【摘要】：新中國成立后,中國共產(chǎn)黨從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人民進行革命的政黨變成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人民進行新中國建設(shè)的政黨,完成了從創(chuàng)業(yè)到守業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)變,面臨著巨大的考驗。經(jīng)濟上極端落后、政權(quán)上還不夠穩(wěn)定,思想上還沒有從戰(zhàn)爭的思維轉(zhuǎn)向建設(shè)、執(zhí)政的思維。作為馬克思主義政黨中國共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)揮了最大的政治優(yōu)勢,密切聯(lián)系群眾,調(diào)動了廣大群眾積極性,使群眾時刻圍繞在黨中央的周圍,中共也逐步探索出了如何在執(zhí)政條件下加強黨群關(guān)系建設(shè)的一系列方法。本文第一部分在把握歷史的基礎(chǔ)上,先探究建國之前中共黨群關(guān)系建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗,以及中共主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人對黨群關(guān)系做出的獨特貢獻,以便于更好的展開對建國后中共黨群關(guān)系建設(shè)的研究;第二部分析黨、群眾、國情等因素較建國之前的變化,借此來分析這些因素對建國初期黨群關(guān)系建設(shè)的影響,做到把握影響黨群關(guān)系變化的各種因素,為后期如何使黨群關(guān)系朝著更好的方向發(fā)展提供經(jīng)驗;第三部分著重分析1949到1956年間,黨對工人階級、黨對農(nóng)民階級、黨對民族資產(chǎn)階級、黨對知識分子這幾大群體之間的政策,以及黨通過紀(jì)律檢查、整風(fēng)、政黨建黨、開展“三反”運動等手段加強黨自身的建設(shè),黨要時刻堅定為人民服務(wù)的原則,純潔黨的性質(zhì),另外還從加強黨群關(guān)系角度對建國初期的信訪制度進行了探究。第四部分則是對黨在建國初期為加強黨群關(guān)系建設(shè)所作出工作的總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:After the founding of New China, the Communist Party of China changed from a party that led the people to a political party that led the people in carrying out the construction of the new China. It completed the transition from starting a business to keeping a business, and was faced with a great test. It was extremely backward economically. As a Marxist political party, the Communist Party of China has brought into full play its greatest political superiority, has been closely linked with the masses, and has aroused the enthusiasm of the masses. The masses are surrounded by the Party Central Committee all the time, and the CPC has gradually explored a series of methods to strengthen the relationship between the Party and the masses under the ruling conditions. First, to explore the experience in the construction of CPC party-mass relations before the founding of the people's Republic of China, and the unique contributions made by the main leaders of the CPC to the party-mass relations, so as to facilitate better research on the construction of CPC party-mass relations after the founding of the people's Republic of China; the second part analyzes the Party and the masses. The national conditions and other factors are different from those before the founding of the people's Republic of China, so as to analyze the influence of these factors on the construction of party-mass relations in the early years of the founding of the people's Republic of China, so as to grasp the various factors that affect the changes. The third part focuses on the analysis of the Party to the working class, the Party to the peasant class, the party to the national bourgeoisie from 1949 to 1956, the third part focuses on the analysis of the Party to the working class, the Party to the peasant class, the Party to the national bourgeoisie. The Party's policy towards these major groups of intellectuals, as well as the Party's policy of strengthening the Party's own building through disciplinary inspection, rectification, party building and the launching of the "three evils" movement, the Party must always firmly adhere to the principle of serving the people and purify the nature of the Party. In addition, from the angle of strengthening the relationship between the Party and the masses, the paper probes into the system of letters and visits in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China.
