【摘要】：本文站在馬克思主義哲學(xué)的視角，以辯證唯物主義和歷史唯物主義為理論基礎(chǔ)和根本出發(fā)點(diǎn)，從科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的辯證法精神實(shí)質(zhì)、實(shí)踐認(rèn)識(shí)論反思及其歷史唯物主義內(nèi)容三個(gè)方面對(duì)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀進(jìn)行理解與反思，以探討何謂發(fā)展、怎樣的發(fā)展才是好發(fā)展、好的發(fā)展何以可能的問(wèn)題。 全文分為三個(gè)部分： 第一部分，科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的辯證法精神實(shí)質(zhì)�？茖W(xué)發(fā)展觀以馬克思主義唯物辯證法為根本理論基礎(chǔ)和方法論依據(jù)，其本身便是在批判反思傳統(tǒng)發(fā)展理論和發(fā)展實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上產(chǎn)生的,內(nèi)蘊(yùn)著豐富的辯證思想內(nèi)容。站在馬克思主義哲學(xué)的視角，從人的本質(zhì)出發(fā)理解發(fā)展的辯證否定本性，在發(fā)展觀與社會(huì)發(fā)展理論的邏輯關(guān)系中把握科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的辯證批判精神，揭示其蘊(yùn)含的豐富辯證思想內(nèi)容，不僅有助于正確理解科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的深刻思想內(nèi)涵和精神實(shí)質(zhì),還有助于在落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀過(guò)程中對(duì)發(fā)展實(shí)踐的指導(dǎo)和反思,具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。 第二部分，科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的踐行及省思。站在全球化的視野和時(shí)代的高度，對(duì)人類(lèi)探索世界的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)進(jìn)行深刻的反思，對(duì)作為社會(huì)發(fā)展主體的人類(lèi)自身進(jìn)行重新定位，對(duì)當(dāng)代中國(guó)社會(huì)高速發(fā)展下科學(xué)精神與人文精神的沖突與融合進(jìn)行深入分析，以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀在認(rèn)識(shí)論層面上的理解與省思。 第三部分，科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的歷史唯物主義內(nèi)容�？茖W(xué)發(fā)展觀的思想內(nèi)容，其理論廣度和深度從原則上說(shuō)，并沒(méi)有超出唯物史觀的理論視野和框架，一定程度上反而證明了唯物史觀的堪稱(chēng)鞭辟入里的科學(xué)預(yù)見(jiàn)的理論魅力。這一部分深入探討和研究了科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的歷史唯物主義內(nèi)容，包括與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的理論創(chuàng)新、實(shí)事求是的實(shí)踐探索、以人為本的價(jià)值理念三個(gè)方面，這對(duì)正確的認(rèn)識(shí)和理解科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，，有效地指導(dǎo)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)具有重大意義。
[Abstract]:This paper, from the perspective of Marxist philosophy, takes dialectical materialism and historical materialism as the theoretical basis and fundamental starting point, from the essence of dialectical spirit of scientific development view. Three aspects of practical epistemology reflection and historical materialism are made to understand and reflect on the concept of scientific development, in order to explore what is development, what kind of development is good development, and how good development is possible. The full text is divided into three parts:. The first part is the essence of the dialectical spirit of the scientific development view, which takes Marxist materialist dialectics as the fundamental theoretical basis and methodological basis. On the basis of criticizing and reflecting on the traditional development theory and development practice, it contains rich dialectical thought contents. From the perspective of Marxist philosophy, it understands the dialectical negation nature of development from the point of view of human nature. To grasp the dialectical critical spirit of the scientific development view in the logical relationship between the concept of development and the theory of social development, and to reveal its rich dialectical ideological contents, is not only helpful to correctly understand the profound ideological connotation and spiritual essence of the scientific development view. It is also helpful to the guidance and reflection of development practice in the process of carrying out the scientific development view, which has important theoretical and practical significance. The second part, the practice and thinking of the scientific development view. Standing in the perspective of globalization and the height of the times, we deeply reflect on the practical activities of human beings to explore the world, and reposition ourselves as the main body of social development. This paper makes a deep analysis of the conflict and fusion of the scientific spirit and the humanistic spirit under the rapid development of the contemporary Chinese society in order to realize the understanding and reflection on the epistemological level of the scientific development view. The third part, the historical materialism content of the scientific development view, the ideological content of the scientific development view, its theoretical breadth and depth, in principle, does not exceed the theoretical field of view and frame of historical materialism. On the contrary, to some extent, it proves the theoretical charm of scientific foresight, which can be regarded as an inescapable view of historical materialism. This part deeply discusses and studies the content of historical materialism of the scientific development view, including the theoretical innovation of keeping pace with the times. The practical exploration of seeking truth from facts and the value concept of people-oriented are of great significance to the correct understanding and understanding of the scientific concept of development and the effective guidance of socialist modernization construction with Chinese characteristics.
