【摘要】：建國(guó)初期，新中國(guó)新生政權(quán)面臨嚴(yán)峻形勢(shì)，西方帝國(guó)主義國(guó)家和國(guó)民黨妄圖對(duì)中國(guó)在政治上孤立，經(jīng)濟(jì)上封鎖，軍事上反攻，針對(duì)這種情況，毛澤東堅(jiān)持馬克思主義基本立場(chǎng)，運(yùn)用靈活獨(dú)立的外交策略，粉碎了帝國(guó)主義國(guó)家和國(guó)民黨的圖謀，鞏固了新生政權(quán)，為我國(guó)的國(guó)內(nèi)建設(shè)贏得了寶貴的時(shí)間。 博大精深，務(wù)實(shí)靈活的毛澤東外交思想，為我國(guó)外交事業(yè)的建立和發(fā)展奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的思想基礎(chǔ)，提供了科學(xué)的理論指導(dǎo)�？v觀建國(guó)初期毛澤東外交思想之過(guò)程，可以大概將其分為四個(gè)階段，第一階段為“三大外交方針”的提出，第二階段是“兩個(gè)中間地帶”理論的發(fā)展，第三個(gè)階段為“一條線”論斷的實(shí)踐，第四個(gè)階段是“三個(gè)世界”預(yù)見(jiàn)的實(shí)現(xiàn)，其中每一個(gè)階段的理論特點(diǎn)都深刻地折射出中國(guó)當(dāng)時(shí)所處環(huán)境的復(fù)雜形勢(shì)，凸顯了國(guó)際社會(huì)中涉華問(wèn)題的矛盾焦點(diǎn)。而這幾個(gè)階段也恰恰體現(xiàn)了毛澤東外交思想中堅(jiān)持馬克思主義基本原理并結(jié)合中國(guó)自身實(shí)際情況將其進(jìn)行發(fā)展完善的科學(xué)規(guī)律，故而毛澤東外交思想必是馬克思主義中國(guó)化進(jìn)程中的閃耀之作。 從毛澤東外交思想的全局著眼，獨(dú)立自主和和平共處是其外交思想的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和本質(zhì)所在。通過(guò)研究毛澤東外交思想的發(fā)展和成熟，我們可以得出一些有益的結(jié)論，進(jìn)而指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)實(shí)的外交外事工作，這也是本文選題和研究的意義所在。
[Abstract]:In the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, the new regime in New China was faced with a grim situation. Western imperialist countries and the Kuomintang attempted to isolate China politically, blockade it economically, and counterattack it militarily. In view of this situation, Mao Zedong adhered to the basic position of Marxism. The use of flexible and independent diplomatic strategy shattered the designs of the imperialist countries and the Kuomintang, consolidated the new regime, and bought precious time for the domestic construction of our country. Mao Zedong's diplomatic thought, which is broad, profound, pragmatic and flexible, laid a solid ideological foundation for the establishment and development of China's diplomatic cause and provided scientific theoretical guidance. It can be roughly divided into four stages: the first stage is the presentation of the "three major diplomatic principles"; the second stage is the development of the theory of "two intermediate zones"; and the third stage is the practice of judging "one line". The fourth stage is the realization of the vision of the "three worlds," in which the theoretical characteristics of each stage profoundly reflect the complex situation of China's environment at that time. It highlights the contradictory focus of the China-related issues in the international community. And these stages also reflect the scientific law of Mao Zedong's diplomatic thought of adhering to the basic principles of Marxism and developing and perfecting it in the light of China's own actual situation. Therefore, Mao Zedong's diplomatic thinking must be a shining work in the process of Marxism's Sinicization. From the overall perspective of Mao Zedong's diplomatic thought, independence and peaceful coexistence are the starting point and essence of his diplomatic thought. By studying the development and maturity of Mao Zedong's diplomatic thought, we can draw some useful conclusions. And then guide the foreign affairs of foreign affairs, which is the significance of the topic and research.
