【摘要】：延安時(shí)期，是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展史上至為關(guān)鍵的歷史時(shí)期。這一時(shí)期，黨從幼年的黨發(fā)展成為全國(guó)范圍的廣大群眾性的馬克思主義政黨；這一時(shí)期，中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的執(zhí)政實(shí)踐，使得延安和陜甘寧邊區(qū)以政治民主、經(jīng)濟(jì)自由、文化繁榮、人民安居樂(lè)業(yè)而著稱于世；這一時(shí)期，毛澤東在局部執(zhí)政所提出的豐富理論和成功實(shí)踐，，推動(dòng)了新民主主義革命勝利的進(jìn)程。 延安時(shí)期，毛澤東提出并踐行的許多重要論述，包含和體現(xiàn)了毛澤東極為豐富和深刻獨(dú)到的執(zhí)政思想。政治上，倡導(dǎo)民主專政是黨的執(zhí)政根基，依靠人民民主主義，來(lái)建設(shè)高效廉潔的政府，為探索民主新路不懈努力；經(jīng)濟(jì)上，提出了新民主主義經(jīng)濟(jì)政策，并創(chuàng)造性的用大生產(chǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了“發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)，保障供給”的總目標(biāo)，為新民主主義革命的勝利奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)；文化上，打破傳統(tǒng)文化和西方文化的束縛，建設(shè)了民族的、科學(xué)的、大眾的新文化，奠定了中國(guó)先進(jìn)文化發(fā)展方向的基礎(chǔ)，對(duì)發(fā)展和繁榮社會(huì)主義新文化提供了有益借鑒；社會(huì)建設(shè)上，大力改善民生，提高人民生活水平，發(fā)展醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)，保障人民群眾的健康，建立社會(huì)保障體系，為老弱群體興修福利設(shè)施，其社會(huì)建設(shè)實(shí)踐的范圍、廣度、深度以及內(nèi)容等方面，為新中國(guó)成立后的社會(huì)建設(shè)奠定了基礎(chǔ)；黨的建設(shè)上，毛澤東把全心全意為人民服務(wù)提升為黨的執(zhí)政宗旨，大力倡導(dǎo)馬克思主義中國(guó)化，不斷深化理論與實(shí)踐，成功地建設(shè)了一個(gè)成熟的有戰(zhàn)斗力的馬克思主義的黨。 延安時(shí)期毛澤東執(zhí)政思想的基本內(nèi)容，至今仍是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政的基本原則，指導(dǎo)著黨的執(zhí)政實(shí)踐，在新的歷史條件下更凸顯出它的理論價(jià)值和毛澤東的戰(zhàn)略眼光。其主要表現(xiàn)為：注重經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政興國(guó)的第一要?jiǎng)?wù)；發(fā)展民主政治是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)跳出歷史周期率的必由之路；加強(qiáng)文化建設(shè)是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政興國(guó)的精神基石；全面推進(jìn)社會(huì)建設(shè)是構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的必然要求；加強(qiáng)黨的建設(shè)是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政興國(guó)的重中之重。學(xué)習(xí)和研究延安時(shí)期毛澤東執(zhí)政思想，認(rèn)真總結(jié)和汲取延安時(shí)期執(zhí)政的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)，為新時(shí)期提高我黨的執(zhí)政能力、鞏固執(zhí)政地位具有重要借鑒和啟迪意義。
[Abstract]:The Yan'an period was a crucial historical period in the history of the Communist Party of China. During this period, the Party developed from a young party into a broad mass Marxist political party throughout the country, and during this period, the ruling practice of the Communist Party of China, Yan'an and Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region are famous for political democracy, economic freedom, cultural prosperity, people living and working in peace and contentment. It promoted the victory of the new democratic revolution. During the Yan'an period, Mao Zedong put forward and practiced many important expositions, which included and embodied Mao Zedong's extremely rich and unique ruling ideology. Politically, advocating democratic dictatorship is the ruling foundation of the Party and relying on people's democracy. To build an efficient and clean government, to make unremitting efforts to explore a new path of democracy; economically, put forward a new democratic economic policy, and creatively use the mass production movement to achieve the overall goal of "developing the economy and ensuring supply." It has laid a solid material foundation for the victory of the new democratic revolution; culturally, it has broken the shackles of traditional and western cultures, built a new national, scientific and popular culture, and laid the foundation for the direction of the development of China's advanced culture. It has provided a useful reference for the development and prosperity of the new socialist culture; in social construction, it has made great efforts to improve the people's livelihood, improve the people's living standards, develop medical and health services, safeguard the health of the people, and establish a social security system. The scope, breadth, depth and content of the social construction practice of the welfare facilities for the elderly and the weak groups have laid the foundation for the social construction after the founding of the people's Republic of China. Mao Zedong promoted serving the people wholeheartedly as the ruling purpose of the Party, vigorously advocated the Sinicization of Marxism, deepened the theory and practice, and successfully built a mature and effective Marxist Party. The basic content of Mao Zedong's ruling thought in Yan'an period is still the basic principle of the Communist Party of China in power, which guides the ruling practice of the Party. In the new historical conditions, it highlights its theoretical value and Mao Zedong's strategic vision. Its main manifestations are as follows: paying attention to economic development is the first priority of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in ruling and rejuvenating the country; To develop democratic politics is the only way for the Communist Party of China to jump out of the historical cycle rate, to strengthen the cultural construction is the spiritual cornerstone of the Communist Party of China to govern and rejuvenate the country, to promote the social construction in an all-round way is the inevitable requirement of building a harmonious socialist society; Strengthening the construction of the Party is the most important thing for the Communist Party of China to take power and rejuvenate the country. To study and study Mao Zedong's ruling thought in Yan'an period, to sum up and absorb the historical experience of ruling in Yan'an period, and to improve the ruling ability of our Party in the new period. Consolidating the ruling position has important reference and enlightening significance.
