【摘要】：對現(xiàn)代國家的思考是青年馬克思政治哲學(xué)論述的重要方面,也是馬克思主義政治哲學(xué)發(fā)展史上的主題。馬克思通過剖析"猶太人問題"與現(xiàn)代國家解放限度的關(guān)系,深刻闡明了現(xiàn)代社會解決"猶太人問題"的成敗得失;通過系統(tǒng)分析市民社會的人權(quán)體系,辯證揭示了人權(quán)給予個體自由平等與損害現(xiàn)代國家完整性的雙重特性;通過從世俗和歷史眼光審視猶太人、從猶太教與基督教的關(guān)系闡述猶太精神,徹底批判了資本主義社會與國家中的"猶太精神"。馬克思以其特有的方式闡述了現(xiàn)代國家的解放限度與歷史命運,提出必須建構(gòu)一種新的社會組織來終結(jié)和超越政治解放所建構(gòu)的現(xiàn)代國家。
[Abstract]:The thinking of modern country is an important aspect of youth Marx's political philosophy. It is also the theme in the history of the development of Marxist political philosophy. By analyzing the relationship between the "Jewish problem" and the limit of the liberation of the modern country, Marx profoundly expounds the success or failure of solving the "Jewish problem" in the modern society. Through the systematic analysis of the human rights system of the civil society, the dual characteristics of human rights giving individual freedom and equality and harming the integrity of modern country are revealed dialectically. Through examining Jews from the secular and historical perspective, the Jewish spirit is expounded from the relationship between Judaism and Christianity. It criticizes the "Jewish spirit" in capitalist society and country thoroughly. Marx elaborated the limit of liberation and historical fate of modern country in his unique way. We must construct a new social organization to end and transcend the modern state constructed by political liberation.
