【摘要】：馬克思主義在當(dāng)代中國農(nóng)村的傳播新形勢(shì),為不斷改善和優(yōu)化傳播路徑提出了新目標(biāo)、新任務(wù)和新要求。為了適應(yīng)新目標(biāo),馬克思主義在當(dāng)代中國農(nóng)村傳播路徑急需創(chuàng)新,當(dāng)前農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r為馬克思主義在當(dāng)代農(nóng)村傳播路徑的創(chuàng)新提供了良好的物質(zhì)條件和思想基礎(chǔ)。如何發(fā)揮現(xiàn)有條件和基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)對(duì)解決新挑戰(zhàn),理論創(chuàng)新是一個(gè)重大理論課題,需要進(jìn)行深入研究。要分析馬克思主義在中國農(nóng)村傳播的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn),直面?zhèn)鞑ミ^程中的問題,探索問題產(chǎn)生的原因,進(jìn)而提出解決問題的基本方案,為促進(jìn)馬克思主義在當(dāng)代中國農(nóng)村有序、健康傳播,確保農(nóng)村社會(huì)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展提供有益的啟示和借鑒。馬克思主義在中國農(nóng)村的傳播主要經(jīng)歷了三個(gè)歷史階段。新民主革命時(shí)期,主要以思想啟蒙、革命動(dòng)員為目標(biāo),體現(xiàn)出以革命促宣傳的傳播路徑。社會(huì)主義建設(shè)時(shí)期,圍繞黨的中心任務(wù)為時(shí)代主題,表現(xiàn)出以學(xué)習(xí)促宣傳的傳播路徑。改革開放時(shí)期,結(jié)合農(nóng)民思想政治教育來傳播馬克思主義,使馬克思主義在中國農(nóng)村的傳播路徑與表現(xiàn)形式進(jìn)一步豐富和發(fā)展。馬克思主義在中國農(nóng)村的傳播取得豐碩成果的同時(shí),也呈現(xiàn)出傳播路徑不足和弊端,由此影響到馬克思主義在中國農(nóng)村傳播路徑的優(yōu)化與發(fā)展。而農(nóng)村地區(qū)傳播基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不完善、傳播體制不健全、傳播經(jīng)費(fèi)投入不到位、宣傳隊(duì)伍建設(shè)不足、農(nóng)民受教育水平相對(duì)較低是影響傳播路徑的原因。進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)黨對(duì)農(nóng)村領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和農(nóng)民思想上的引領(lǐng),鞏固農(nóng)民的馬克思主義信仰;進(jìn)一步完善馬克思主義在農(nóng)村傳播路徑中的制度設(shè)置,加大監(jiān)管和獎(jiǎng)懲力度、拓寬農(nóng)民反饋渠道;進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化農(nóng)村傳播路徑中宣傳隊(duì)伍建設(shè),明確宣傳責(zé)任主體;進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)馬克思主義與當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)、現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)相結(jié)合,保障馬克思主義在農(nóng)村的傳播效果,既是創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展馬克思主義在農(nóng)村傳播路徑的必然要求,也為我國社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)提供重要的智力支持與理論指導(dǎo)�？傊�,馬克思主義在當(dāng)代中國農(nóng)村的傳播路徑研究具有重要理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)需要。只有建構(gòu)好傳播路徑,黨在農(nóng)村的方針政策才會(huì)得到落實(shí)、創(chuàng)新和運(yùn)用,才能提供理論思考和探索,促進(jìn)農(nóng)村全面建成小康社會(huì)。
[Abstract]:The new situation in the contemporary rural Chinese spread of the Marx doctrine, put forward new goals for improving and optimizing the propagation path, new tasks and new requirements. How to give full play to the existing conditions and the foundation to solve the new challenge, the theory innovation is an important theoretical subject, need further research. To analyze Marx's basic experience in Chinese rural communication, face communication problems, explore the causes of the problems, and then puts forward the basic solution to solve the problem, in order to promote the Marx doctrine in contemporary rural China orderly, health communication, in order to provide the beneficial enlightenment and stable development of rural society The Marx doctrine in communication and reference. China rural has mainly experienced three historical stages. During the new democratic revolution period, mainly to enlightenment, revolution mobilization as the goal, to reflect the propagation path of revolution and promoting propaganda. During the period of socialist construction, focusing on the central task of the party's generation theme, showing the propagation path to learning promotion the period of reform and opening up, to spread the Marx doctrine with the ideological and political education of farmers, to further enrich the Marx doctrine in the propagation path and form Chinese rural areas and development. Marx's achievements in the dissemination of Chinese in rural areas, also presents the propagation path and the disadvantages, thus affecting the optimization and development of the Marx doctrine in the Chinese rural communication path.
