【摘要】：信用是人與人之間最普遍、最基本的行為規(guī)范之一，也是與商品交換和市場經(jīng)濟(jì)緊密聯(lián)系的道德倫理和經(jīng)濟(jì)范疇，它是商品生產(chǎn)和商品交換的產(chǎn)物，并以商品生產(chǎn)、貨幣流通、市場貿(mào)易等經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)作為存在的基礎(chǔ)。人與人之間的信用關(guān)系是在商品交換的基礎(chǔ)上產(chǎn)生的，信用關(guān)系既反映了不同商品生產(chǎn)者之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益關(guān)系，同時(shí)也體現(xiàn)了人們共同社會(huì)生活中應(yīng)該普遍遵守的道德倫理和行為準(zhǔn)則。要建立一個(gè)健全而穩(wěn)定的市場機(jī)制，信用是其生命，沒有信用，社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)勢必陷入一片混亂之中。健全的社會(huì)信用體系是實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的重要前提，是建設(shè)現(xiàn)代市場體系的必要條件，也是整頓和規(guī)范市場經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序的治本之策。而馬克思信用理論，對我國社會(huì)信用體系的建設(shè)具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義，因此，積極探索并加快形成我國社會(huì)信用體系建設(shè)對完善社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制具有至關(guān)重要的作用。 本文是以馬克思的信用理論為研究對象，通過閱讀國內(nèi)外大量的文獻(xiàn)，采用歷史與邏輯相統(tǒng)一、理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方法，對馬克思信用理論的基本內(nèi)容以及在社會(huì)主義實(shí)踐中的發(fā)展和運(yùn)用進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)、深入的分析，，進(jìn)而挖掘馬克思信用理論對我國社會(huì)信用體系建設(shè)的理論和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。 本文共分為四部分：第一部分“引言”。主要闡述了本文的選題依據(jù)和意義，國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對信用理論的研究狀況，本文的研究思路和研究方法，以及本文的研究重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二部分“馬克思信用理論的主要內(nèi)容”。從信用的產(chǎn)生、信用的內(nèi)涵、信用的特征、信用的形式、信用的雙重作用等內(nèi)容對馬克思信用理論作了詳細(xì)闡述。第三部分“我國社會(huì)信用體系的現(xiàn)狀分析”。通過回顧我國社會(huì)信用體系建設(shè)的發(fā)展歷程，從而對我國社會(huì)信用體系建設(shè)中所存在的問題以及信用缺失的原因做了詳細(xì)分析。第四部分“馬克思信用理論對我國社會(huì)信用體系建設(shè)的啟示”。針對當(dāng)前我國社會(huì)信用體系建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題，以馬克思信用理論為指導(dǎo)，對進(jìn)一步完善我國社會(huì)信用體系的建設(shè)提出了對策和建議。
[Abstract]:Credit is one of the most common and basic codes of conduct among people, and it is also a moral and economic category closely related to commodity exchange and market economy. It is the product of commodity production and commodity exchange. And take commodity production, currency circulation, market trade and other economic activities as the basis of existence. The credit relationship between people is on the basis of commodity exchange. Credit relationship not only reflects the economic interest relationship between different commodity producers. At the same time, it also reflects the moral ethics and code of conduct that should be universally observed in the common social life. To establish a sound and stable market mechanism, credit is its life, there is no credit. The socialist market economy is bound to fall into chaos. A sound social credit system is an important prerequisite for the realization of the scientific concept of development and a necessary condition for the construction of a modern market system. Marx's credit theory has important theoretical and practical significance to the construction of our country's social credit system. Actively exploring and accelerating the construction of our country's social credit system plays an important role in perfecting the socialist market economy system. This article takes Marx's credit theory as the research object, through reading a large number of documents at home and abroad, adopts the method of unifying history and logic, combining theory with practice. The basic content of Marx's credit theory and its development and application in socialist practice are analyzed systematically and deeply. And then excavate the theoretical and practical value of Marx's credit theory to the construction of social credit system of our country. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is "introduction". It mainly expounds the basis and significance of this topic, the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on credit theory, the research ideas and research methods of this paper. The second part "the main content of Marx's credit theory". From the generation of credit, the connotation of credit, the characteristics of credit, the form of credit. The third part is "Analysis of the present situation of China's social credit system". Through reviewing the development course of our country's social credit system construction. Therefore, the author makes a detailed analysis of the problems existing in the construction of social credit system in China and the reasons for the lack of credit. Part 4th "Enlightenment of Marx's Credit Theory on the Construction of Social Credit system in China" Aiming at the present situation and existing problems of the construction of social credit system in our country. Under the guidance of Marx's credit theory, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to further improve the construction of China's social credit system.
