【摘要】：新民主主義革命時(shí)期毛澤東的實(shí)踐育人觀既是其教育思想的有機(jī)構(gòu)成,又自成體系。它以培養(yǎng)革命實(shí)踐所需的干部和人才為出發(fā)點(diǎn),強(qiáng)調(diào)在中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨創(chuàng)辦的各級(jí)各類(lèi)學(xué)校中必須加強(qiáng)科學(xué)理論教育、歷史文化知識(shí)教育,倡導(dǎo)采用諸如教育與生產(chǎn)勞動(dòng)相結(jié)合、啟發(fā)式教學(xué)、因材施教等教育方法以及教育制度和辦學(xué)模式的創(chuàng)新,不僅為新民主主義革命培養(yǎng)了大批人才,推動(dòng)了革命運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展,而且還具有不容忽視的現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong's concept of practical education in the period of the New Democratic Revolution is not only an organic composition of his educational thought, but also a self-made system. It starts from the training of cadres and talents needed in the revolutionary practice. It is emphasized that it is necessary to strengthen the education of scientific theory and knowledge of history and culture in all kinds of schools established by the Communist Party of China, and to advocate the use of heuristic teaching, such as combining education with productive labor. Educational methods such as teaching according to aptitude and the innovation of educational system and mode of running a school have not only cultivated a large number of talents for the new democratic revolution and promoted the development of the revolutionary movement, but also have practical value that can not be ignored.
