【摘要】：改革開放以來，中國特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)取得了巨大的成就，我國的綜合國力不斷提升，但在經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)取得巨大成就的同時(shí)，也產(chǎn)生了許多新的社會(huì)矛盾，，解決這些社會(huì)矛盾主要依靠政治的、法律的、經(jīng)濟(jì)的、倫理的手段，尤其要充分發(fā)揮思想政治工作的“生命線”作用。周恩來同志不僅是我們黨和國家的卓越領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人，而且是一位杰出的思想政治工作者，其開展思想政治工作效果非常顯著，不僅僅是因?yàn)樗腔鄢骸W(xué)識(shí)淵博，尤為重要的是，他有一套行之有效的方法以及高超的思想政治工作藝術(shù)。他博大精深的思想政治工作藝術(shù)，至今對(duì)指導(dǎo)我們的思想政治工作仍然具有重大的理論和實(shí)踐意義。詳言之，一方面，研究周恩來思想政治工作藝術(shù)，有利于開拓思想政治工作的新視野；另一方面，借鑒周恩來思想政治工作藝術(shù)，有利于增強(qiáng)思想政治工作的實(shí)效性。遺憾的是，迄今，學(xué)界對(duì)周恩來思想政治工作藝術(shù)進(jìn)行專門研究的成果尚不多見。 從總體框架和研究?jī)?nèi)容來講，本文主要分為四大部分：第一章為導(dǎo)論，主要對(duì)選題的背景及意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法與思路等進(jìn)行梳理和概括。第二章為思想政治工作藝術(shù)簡(jiǎn)介，主要從藝術(shù)的概念入手對(duì)思想政治工作藝術(shù)的內(nèi)涵、特點(diǎn)及功能加以探討和論述，從而為后續(xù)研究提供必要的依據(jù)和支撐。尤其是思想政治工作藝術(shù)特點(diǎn)，如客觀性、主體性、科學(xué)性和創(chuàng)新性，為研究周恩來思想政治工作藝術(shù)提供了邏輯思路和評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。第三章為周恩來思想政治工作的主要藝術(shù)，是文章的核心內(nèi)容之一，主要從周恩來所提出的相關(guān)理論以及具體的實(shí)踐事例中歸納和提煉其思想政治工作的主要藝術(shù)，包括務(wù)實(shí)躬親的藝術(shù)、言傳身教的藝術(shù)、激勵(lì)引導(dǎo)的藝術(shù)、批評(píng)教育的藝術(shù)等。這些內(nèi)容都是對(duì)周恩來多年的思想政治工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的總結(jié)和概括，是我黨思想政治工作的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)和寶貴財(cái)富。第四章為周恩來思想政治工作藝術(shù)的現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示，是本文研究的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和落腳點(diǎn)，主要以第三章所提煉的周恩來思想政治工作藝術(shù)為依據(jù)，并結(jié)合當(dāng)前思想政治工作的實(shí)際，從中汲取相應(yīng)的啟示，主要包括實(shí)事求是，提高工作效率；言行一致，提升人格魅力；心系群眾，彰顯人文關(guān)懷；獎(jiǎng)罰分明，激發(fā)思想活力等。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics has made great achievements, the comprehensive national strength of our country has been continuously improved, but in the economic construction has made great achievements, but also produced a lot of new social contradictions. Resolving these social contradictions mainly depends on political, legal, economic and ethical means. In particular, it is necessary to give full play to the "lifeline" role of ideological and political work. Comrade Zhou Enlai is not only an outstanding leader of our party and country, but also an outstanding ideological and political worker. The effect of his ideological and political work is very remarkable, not only because he is intelligent and knowledgeable, but especially important. He has a set of effective methods and superb art of ideological and political work. So far, it is still of great theoretical and practical significance to guide our ideological and political work. On the one hand, studying the art of Zhou Enlai's ideological and political work is conducive to opening up a new vision of ideological and political work; On the other hand, drawing lessons from Zhou Enlai's art of ideological and political work is conducive to enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political work. Unfortunately, so far. The academic circle carries on the specialized research achievement to Zhou Enlai's ideological and political work art is still rare. From the overall framework and research content, this paper is divided into four main parts: the first chapter is an introduction, mainly on the background and significance of the topic, research status. The second chapter is a brief introduction to the art of ideological and political work, which mainly discusses the connotation, characteristics and functions of the art of ideological and political work from the point of view of the concept of art. In order to provide the necessary basis and support for the follow-up study, especially the artistic characteristics of ideological and political work, such as objectivity, subjectivity, science and innovation. For the study of Zhou Enlai ideological and political work art provides a logical thinking and evaluation criteria. Chapter three is the main art of Zhou Enlai ideological and political work, is one of the core content of the article. Mainly from Zhou Enlai's related theories and concrete practical examples of his ideological and political work summarized and refined the main art, including pragmatic art, the art of personal education, the art of inspiration and guidance. The art of criticizing education is the summary and summary of Zhou Enlai's experience in ideological and political work for many years. Chapter 4th is the realistic enlightenment of Zhou Enlai's ideological and political work, and the starting point and foothold of this study. Based on the art of Zhou Enlai's ideological and political work, which is extracted from the third chapter, and combined with the reality of the current ideological and political work, the author draws some enlightenment from it, including seeking truth from facts and improving the work efficiency. Consistent with words and deeds, enhance personality charm; Focus on the masses and show humanistic concern; Clear rewards and penalties, stimulate ideological vitality, etc.
