【摘要】：改革開放初期,鄧小平深入思考了黨風(fēng)建設(shè)所面臨的問題以及端正黨風(fēng)的意義和舉措。這一時(shí)期,黨風(fēng)問題突出表現(xiàn)在紀(jì)律松弛和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部特殊化現(xiàn)象;黨風(fēng)關(guān)系黨的群眾基礎(chǔ)和執(zhí)政基礎(chǔ),關(guān)系社會(huì)風(fēng)氣的好壞,關(guān)系中國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的興衰成敗,是黨的執(zhí)政能力的重要表現(xiàn);端正黨風(fēng)要常抓不懈,要恢復(fù)和發(fā)揚(yáng)黨的歷史上的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)和作風(fēng),高級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部應(yīng)該以身作則,同時(shí),解決黨風(fēng)問題還要靠制度和法制。
[Abstract]:In the early stage of reform and opening up, Deng Xiaoping deeply considered the problems faced by the construction of the Party style and the significance and measures of rectifying the Party style. In this period, the problems of the Party style were manifested in the phenomenon of lax discipline and the specialization of leading cadres. The Party style relates to the mass foundation and the ruling foundation of the Party, to the good or bad of the social atmosphere, to the success or failure of the modernization construction of China, which is the important manifestation of the Party's ruling ability. To correct the Party's work style, it is necessary to constantly grasp it and to restore and carry forward the party's fine traditions and style of work in history. Senior leading cadres should set an example by example, and at the same time, the solution to the problem of party style should depend on the system and the legal system.
