基于語料庫的口筆語中邏輯連詞使用對比分析

邏輯連詞(有些學(xué)者稱之為話語聯(lián)系語)用來表達句子間邏輯關(guān)系。在英語中,這是常見的語言現(xiàn)象。根據(jù)韓禮德和哈桑的連貫理論,邏輯連詞可以增強文章的連貫性和關(guān)聯(lián)性,因此在話語理解中起著重要的作用。近年來,越來越多的學(xué)者對邏輯連詞進行了研究。但許多研究著重于母語為英語的人如何使用邏輯連詞,涉及母語為非英語的學(xué)習(xí)者如何使用邏輯連詞的研究較少。而且,在這些有限的研究中,主要研究母語為非英語的學(xué)習(xí)者在寫作上如何使用邏輯連詞,而對他們在口語中如何使用邏輯連詞卻很少研究。本研究就試圖對口語和筆語都進行研究。 本論文運用檢索工具WordSmith對兩個語料庫(BNC和SWECCL)中的邏輯連詞使用情況分別進行檢索,并運用卡方檢驗對結(jié)果進行分析。本論文基于兩個語料庫,對母語為英語者與中國英語學(xué)習(xí)者在口語和筆語中使用邏輯連詞的情況進行比較,以發(fā)現(xiàn)是否存在差異。 本論文的數(shù)據(jù)分析表明,母語為英語者與中國英語學(xué)習(xí)者在口語和筆語中使用邏輯連詞存在很多相似之處,同時也存在著很大的差異。而且中國英語學(xué)習(xí)者在筆語中使用邏輯連詞更接近母語為英語者的使用情況。文章還探討了出現(xiàn)這些現(xiàn)象的原因及本研究的局限性和對今...
