決策制定過(guò)程是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的思維活動(dòng)的過(guò)程，也是一個(gè)創(chuàng)造性思維活動(dòng)的過(guò)程。人們的思維是否合理，直接關(guān)系到?jīng)Q策過(guò)程的科學(xué)性。科學(xué)決策過(guò)程，需要人們進(jìn)行合理的思維。邏輯學(xué)是指導(dǎo)人們進(jìn)行合理思維的有效工具，科學(xué)的決策過(guò)程不能缺乏邏輯思維。本文致力于邏輯學(xué)與決策過(guò)程的融合，對(duì)邏輯思維在決策制定過(guò)程中的應(yīng)用做了較系統(tǒng)的研究。第一部分：在導(dǎo)論中對(duì)邏輯思維在決策制定過(guò)程中的應(yīng)用研究的目的、意義及相關(guān)的研究概況做了簡(jiǎn)單的論述。第二部分：對(duì)決策與邏輯思維研究的相關(guān)概念——邏輯思維、決策及決策思維進(jìn)行了解釋。第三部分：從決策的邏輯基礎(chǔ)、決策思維與邏輯的關(guān)系以及邏輯方法的運(yùn)用三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析，論述了邏輯思維與決策的關(guān)系。第四部分：分析了邏輯思維在決策制定過(guò)程的四個(gè)階段中的應(yīng)用，從理論與實(shí)踐的聯(lián)系角度出發(fā)，提出了自己的見(jiàn)解。
The process of decision-making is a complex thinking activityprocess, also is a creative thinking activity process. People"s thought iswhether reasonable, directly relates the decision-making. Scientificprocess of decision-making needs people thinking reasonably. Itdepends on logical thinking, because logic is a means that guidesthinking reasonably. The paper tries to band logic and process ofdecision-making together, systematicarey studies the logical thinkingapplication in process of decision-making .First part: Introduction. Itdiscusses concisely logical thinking in process of decision-makingapplied research goal, practical significances and the correlativestudying survey. Second part: To decision-making and the logicalthinking research related concept—logical thinking, decision-makingand decision-making thought has carried on the explanation. Third part:From the decision-making logical foundation, the relations ofdecision-making thought and the logical ,the logical method utilizationthree aspects carry on the analysis, elaborated the logical thinking andthe decision-making relations. Fourth part: Has analyzed the logicalthinking in the decision-making formulation process four stagesapplications, The whole passage raises my own opinion by combiningtheory and practice.
