【摘要】： 貝特蘭·羅素(Bertrand Russell)是二十世紀(jì)英國(guó)著名的哲學(xué)家,是現(xiàn)代西方分析哲學(xué)的創(chuàng)始人之一,他的哲學(xué)深刻地影響了其后的哲學(xué)發(fā)展。 指稱(chēng)理論是語(yǔ)言哲學(xué)學(xué)說(shuō)的主要組成部分之一,對(duì)指稱(chēng)的研究,尤其圍繞“指稱(chēng)-意義”的區(qū)分是否合理的問(wèn)題的論爭(zhēng),成為推進(jìn)語(yǔ)言哲學(xué)發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要?jiǎng)恿�。指稱(chēng)理論在現(xiàn)代較有影響的是羅素,本文作者認(rèn)同把羅素指稱(chēng)理論歸為意義指稱(chēng)理論的觀點(diǎn)。他的指稱(chēng)理論也不斷發(fā)展:詞語(yǔ)是代表某種東西的符號(hào)(1903);繼而(1905)又把語(yǔ)詞劃分為專(zhuān)名(proper name——直接指的一個(gè)對(duì)象就是它的意義)和摹狀詞(description——其意義就是由所組成的語(yǔ)詞的意義而定);《指物論》與羅素的指稱(chēng)理論具有相同的“質(zhì)”,都認(rèn)為名稱(chēng)是對(duì)客觀事物的反映。但中國(guó)邏輯與西方邏輯產(chǎn)生的歷史文化背景不同,形成的邏輯傳統(tǒng)和邏輯思想也不盡一樣。本文試對(duì)羅素意義指稱(chēng)理論與《指物論》進(jìn)行比較,并期在比較中對(duì)羅素的意義指稱(chēng)理論有進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展。 本文共包括以下幾部分內(nèi)容: 第一章對(duì)意義指稱(chēng)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行梳理歸納。它包括:關(guān)于意義理論的匯總梳理;關(guān)于指稱(chēng)問(wèn)題的回顧;對(duì)意義與指稱(chēng)關(guān)系的總結(jié)。 第二章詳細(xì)介紹了羅素(Russell)的意義指稱(chēng)理論。包括:羅素意義指稱(chēng)理論的基礎(chǔ)親知原則;專(zhuān)門(mén)詳細(xì)介紹了羅素代表性成就摹狀詞理論;對(duì)羅素意義指稱(chēng)理論的總結(jié)。 第三章總結(jié)了西方對(duì)羅素意義指稱(chēng)問(wèn)題的批判和發(fā)展。并分別詳細(xì)介紹了典型人物的指稱(chēng)理論,包括斯特勞森(Strawson)、唐奈蘭(Donnellan)、克里普克(Kripke)。 第四章:試把中國(guó)的《指物論》與羅素的意義指稱(chēng)理論進(jìn)行比較,擬從新的角度分析歸納羅素的意義指稱(chēng)理論。這一章首先對(duì)《指物論》進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的介紹,然后試著對(duì)二者進(jìn)行比較與初步的總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Bertram Russell Bertrand Russell is a famous British philosopher in the 20th century and one of the founders of modern western analytical philosophy. Reference theory is one of the main components of linguistic philosophy. The study of reference, especially the controversy over whether the distinction between reference and meaning is reasonable, has become an important motive force to promote the development of linguistic philosophy. Russell is the most influential reference theory in modern times. The author agrees with the view that Russell's reference theory is classified as meaning reference theory. His theory of reference is also evolving: words are symbols representing something, 1903s; then 1905) the proper name of words is divided into proper name--a direct reference to its meaning) and a description of what it means. The meaning of the composed words depends on the meaning; the theory of referring to things has the same "quality" with Russell's theory of reference. It is believed that the name is a reflection of objective things. But the historical and cultural background of Chinese logic is different from that of western logic, and the logic tradition and logic thought are not the same. This paper attempts to compare Russell's theory of meaning reference with that of "the theory of reference to things", and in the course of the comparison, there is a further development of Russell's theory of reference of meaning. This paper includes the following parts: The first chapter summarizes the problem of meaning reference. It includes: summing up the theory of meaning, reviewing the problem of reference and summarizing the relationship between meaning and reference. The second chapter introduces Russell Russell's theory of meaning reference in detail. It includes: the basic knowledge principle of Russell's meaning reference theory; the detailed introduction of Russell's representative achievement description theory; the summary of Russell's meaning reference theory. The third chapter summarizes the western criticism and development of Russell's meaning reference. The referential theories of typical characters are introduced in detail, including Strawsonian, Donnellanan, Kripkean. Chapter four: compare the Chinese theory of signifier with Russell's theory of meaning reference, and analyze Russell's theory of meaning reference from a new angle. This chapter first introduces the theory of signifier, and then tries to compare and summarize the two.
