【摘要】：消解強化的與再強化的“劊子手悖論”之要點為:1.法官之判決涉及對囚徒認知狀況之預言,故囚徒就判決所作之論證應作為判斷判決能否被執(zhí)行之依據(jù);2.囚徒之論證不可靠;3.該論證依賴于一個錯誤的認知原則;4.該認知原則之錯誤根源在于,誤以為推得一命題必然意味著知道該命題。
[Abstract]:The main point of dispelling the strengthened and restrengthened executioner paradox is: 1. The judge's judgment is related to the prediction of the prisoner's cognitive condition, so the prisoner's argument on the sentence should be used as the basis for judging whether the sentence can be carried out. The prisoner's argument is unreliable. This argument relies on a false cognitive principle. The error of the cognitive principle lies in the misconception that a proposition must be known.
