【摘要】：基于全國119座國家歷史文化名城的空間格局,在格局中心與行政歸屬、交通可達(dá)與空間破碎度、時間成本矩陣與最優(yōu)市場選擇等關(guān)鍵性指標(biāo)和分析方法上,對行政條件、交通條件、市場條件影響下的國家歷史文化名城中心性、中心職能、中心格局、服務(wù)市場范圍進(jìn)行解釋和分析。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):國家歷史文化名城受制于全國范圍內(nèi)多中心分布和縣級、地級的行政歸屬,其發(fā)展格局呈現(xiàn)大范圍離散和小范圍集聚版塊的景觀形態(tài),地級名城格局中心向東部地區(qū)稍有偏離,縣級名城格局中心向西部地區(qū)明顯偏離。交通條件影響下的國家歷史文化名城格局呈大范圍集聚和局部離散的面狀形態(tài),格局中心雖然也因時間距離差異出現(xiàn)東部偏離、南部偏離的特征,但偏離的波動情況遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低于行政條件的影響水平。市場原則影響下的國家歷史文化名城格局發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)錯綜復(fù)雜的網(wǎng)狀形態(tài)和地域相關(guān)的區(qū)位特征,格局中心或區(qū)域中心性在全國不同地區(qū)表現(xiàn)出不同的地域特征。名城格局中心在不同要素下分布的不同特點(diǎn)是名城發(fā)展中區(qū)域自發(fā)集聚與行政手段管理調(diào)控、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)引導(dǎo)等相互博弈的結(jié)果。行政職能下降,交通職能、市場職能增長是未來的發(fā)展趨勢。
[Abstract]:Based on the spatial pattern of 119 national historical and cultural cities in China, this paper explains and analyzes the centrality, central function, central pattern and service market scope of national historical and cultural cities under the influence of administrative conditions, traffic conditions and market conditions in terms of key indexes and analysis methods, such as pattern center and administrative ownership, traffic accessibility and spatial fragmentation, time-cost matrix and optimal market selection. The results show that the national famous historical and cultural cities are restricted by the multi-center distribution in the whole country and the administrative belonging at the county level and prefectural level, and their development pattern presents the landscape form of large-scale discrete and small-scale agglomeration, the pattern center of the prefecture-level famous cities deviates slightly from the eastern region, and the county-level famous city pattern center deviates obviously to the western region. The pattern of national historical and cultural cities under the influence of traffic conditions is in the form of large-scale agglomeration and local discretization. Although the pattern center deviates from the east and the south due to the difference of time and distance, the fluctuation of deviation is much lower than the influence level of administrative conditions. Under the influence of market principle, the development of the pattern of national historical and cultural cities presents complex network form and regional related location characteristics, and the center or regional centrality of the pattern shows different regional characteristics in different regions of the country. The different characteristics of the distribution of famous city pattern center under different elements are the result of game between regional spontaneous agglomeration, administrative means management and regulation, infrastructure construction guidance and so on in the development of famous city. The decline of administrative function, the growth of transportation function and market function is the development trend in the future.
