明清德化青花研究

【摘要】：青花是一種以鈷藍(lán)為呈色劑的釉下彩瓷器。青花出現(xiàn)于唐代,成熟于元代,盛于明清,是我國(guó)瓷器大家族中一個(gè)十分重要的品種。馮先銘先生的《青花瓷器的起源和發(fā)展》,李輝柄先生的《青花瓷器的起始年代》與王光堯先生的《關(guān)于青花起源的思考》三篇文章對(duì)我國(guó)青花瓷的起源與發(fā)展都有一番精彩的論述。然而近年來(lái),學(xué)者們過(guò)度關(guān)注于景德鎮(zhèn)青花瓷,而對(duì)于明清時(shí)期具有重要影響力的福建德化青花的研究工作卻少有涉及。 德化青花是我國(guó)明清時(shí)期一個(gè)十分重要瓷器品種,無(wú)論是產(chǎn)量、質(zhì)量還是銷售范圍在當(dāng)時(shí)都十分可觀。遺憾的是,長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)于德化青花的研究工作一直不夠關(guān)注,究其原因無(wú)非有兩點(diǎn)：第一,德化制瓷業(yè)一直就是以白瓷而聞名世界的；第二,明清時(shí)期景德鎮(zhèn)青花瓷的光芒掩蓋了德化青花瓷的卓越成就。因此,本研究以此為視角,重點(diǎn)探討德化青花的燒造工藝和裝飾手法,力圖揭示德化青花在我國(guó)陶瓷史上獨(dú)特的地位。
[Abstract]:Blue and white is a kind of underglazed porcelain with cobalt blue as color agent. Blue and white flowers appeared in Tang Dynasty, matured in Yuan Dynasty and flourished in Ming and Qing dynasties. The Origin and Development of Blue and White porcelain by Feng Xianming, The origin and development of blue and white porcelain in China are discussed in the three articles of Mr. Li Hui Han's the beginning Age of Blue and White porcelain and Wang Guangyao's thinking on the Origin of Blue and White porcelain. However, in recent years, scholars pay too much attention to Jingdezhen blue and white porcelain, but the research work of Fujian Dehua blue and white flower, which has important influence in Ming and Qing dynasties, is seldom involved. Dehua blue and white flower is a very important porcelain variety in Ming and Qing dynasties. Unfortunately, for a long time, the academic circles have not paid enough attention to the research work of Dehua blue and white flowers. The reasons are as follows: first, the dehua porcelain industry has always been famous for white porcelain in the world; Secondly, Jingdezhen blue and white porcelain in Ming and Qing dynasties concealed the outstanding achievements of Dehua blue and white porcelain. Therefore, from this perspective, this study focuses on the burning process and decoration techniques of the blue and white flowers in Dehua, in order to reveal the unique position of the blue and white flowers in the history of Chinese ceramics.
