【摘要】：目前國內(nèi)對契約文書的研究,主要集中在對安徽、福建、貴州、浙江、兩廣及華北等地契約文書的研究,而對江蘇地區(qū)契約文書的研究比較少。本文以文物普查時發(fā)現(xiàn)的民國時期太倉地區(qū)的一百件田契文物為研究對象,總結(jié)了當(dāng)時太倉地區(qū)田契的書寫形式,結(jié)合當(dāng)時的社會背景對這批田契的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行深入分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)時太倉地區(qū)社會動蕩、自然災(zāi)害頻發(fā),在此背景下農(nóng)民因生活困難而頻繁賣地,導(dǎo)致地權(quán)不斷由農(nóng)民向幾個大地主轉(zhuǎn)移。此外,本文還分析了這批田契之間的連貫性、民國時期太倉地區(qū)地契契稅的稅率,以及土地買賣的性質(zhì)問題。
[Abstract]:At present, the research on contract documents is mainly focused on Anhui, Fujian, Guizhou, Zhejiang, Liangguang and North China. In this paper, 100 pieces of cultural relics in Taicang area during the period of the Republic of China, which were discovered during the cultural relic survey, were taken as research objects, the writing forms of the title deeds in Taicang area at that time were summarized, and the contents of these land deeds were deeply analyzed in combination with the social background at that time. It was found that at that time the society in Taicang area was turbulent and natural disasters occurred frequently. Under this background peasants sold their land frequently because of their living difficulties which led to the continuous transfer of land rights from peasants to several big landlords. In addition, this paper also analyzes the consistency between the land leases, the tax rate of deed tax in Taicang area during the Republic of China, and the nature of land purchase and sale.
