從考古學視角出發(fā)的古遺址保護規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】：古遺址的保護問題已越來越受到國家和社會的廣泛關(guān)注和重視,并且已經(jīng)被提升到了國家級戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的高度。但是就目前來看,文物保護現(xiàn)狀卻不容樂觀,古遺址的保護仍然受到包括考古研究、法律缺失、自然和社會發(fā)展等諸多因素的制約。如何針對目前古遺址保護存在的漏洞進行查漏補缺就成了古遺址保護研究人員需要攻克的問題。本文首先回顧文物保護的發(fā)展歷程,在簡要梳理對我國文物保護的特點和現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合國內(nèi)幾處文物保護規(guī)劃案例進行了分析。最后,從考古學研究的視角入手,結(jié)合目前的實際情況,提出相關(guān)的對策和建議。本文共分為四章。首先,對中國古遺址保護的研究概況進行了介紹,包括對古遺址、古遺址研究的介紹以及對古遺址保護進行研究對于國家和社會的意義、我國的研究歷史和現(xiàn)狀等。提出了遺址保護的發(fā)展單純依靠文物保護部門的單一保護是遠遠不夠的,還應該有包括了古遺址周圍的人文環(huán)境、人文特色、自然環(huán)境等在內(nèi)的綜合保護的共同作用。以及在這樣的大背景之下,古遺址保護研究所存在的不足和問題。雖然國家和社會越來越重視古遺址保護研究,但是各種問題層出不窮仍然導致了古遺址保護方面的缺失和不足。其次是對古遺址保護面臨的主要問題進行了特定的分析,包括考古研究與古遺址保護的相互促進和制約,經(jīng)濟利益、文化需求和社會發(fā)展分別與古遺址保護的關(guān)系等問題,通過對具體問題進行具體深入的分析,得出來我國在古遺址保護研究方面所存在的一些不足和矛盾,為后文古遺址保護的經(jīng)驗總結(jié)提供例證和依據(jù)。再次,通過對古城址類的秦家屯古城址、塔虎城遺址;古礦址類的吉林省臨江寶山-六道溝冶銅遺址;古村落類的吉林省延邊州汪清縣百草溝遺址;墓葬類的吉林省長白山干溝子墓群進行實際分析,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗和教訓,得出中國古遺址保護應采取的合理方法。最后是對全文的經(jīng)驗進行總結(jié),以及針對文章中提到的問題提出對策和建議。例如如何協(xié)調(diào)考古研究與古遺址保護的相輔相成又互相制約的關(guān)系、如何協(xié)調(diào)旅游開發(fā)與古遺址保護的協(xié)同關(guān)系等。
[Abstract]:The protection of ancient sites has been paid more and more attention by the country and society, and has been promoted to the level of national strategic development. But at present, the status of cultural relic protection is not optimistic, the protection of ancient sites is still restricted by many factors, including archaeological research, lack of law, natural and social development and so on. How to check and fill the gaps existing in the protection of ancient sites has become a problem that researchers need to solve. This paper first reviews the development of cultural relic protection, on the basis of briefly combing the characteristics and present situation of cultural relic protection in China, and analyzes several cases of cultural relic conservation planning in China. Finally, from the perspective of archaeological research, combined with the actual situation, put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions. This paper is divided into four chapters. First of all, this paper introduces the research situation of ancient sites protection in China, including the introduction of ancient sites, the study of ancient sites, the significance of research on ancient sites protection to the country and society, the research history and present situation of our country, and so on. It is not enough to rely solely on the single protection of cultural relics conservation department for the development of site protection. It should also have the common role of comprehensive protection including the humanistic environment, humanistic characteristics, natural environment and so on around the ancient ruins. And in such a background, the ancient site conservation research shortcomings and problems. Although the country and society pay more and more attention to the protection of ancient sites, various problems still lead to the defects and deficiencies in the protection of ancient sites. Secondly, the paper makes a specific analysis of the main problems faced by the protection of ancient sites, including the mutual promotion and restriction between archaeological research and the protection of ancient sites, the relationship between economic interests, cultural needs and social development, respectively, and the protection of ancient sites. Based on the analysis of the specific problems, this paper points out some deficiencies and contradictions in the research of ancient sites protection in China, which provides an example and basis for summing up the experiences of the later ancient sites protection. Thirdly, through the ancient city site of Qinjiatun ancient city site, the ruins of Tahucheng; the ancient mining sites of Linjiang Baoshan-Liudaogou smelting copper ruins; the ancient villages of Yanbian county, Yanbian, Jilin Province Baicaogou ruins of Baicaogou; Based on the actual analysis of the Gangouzi tombs of Changbai Mountain, Jilin Province, this paper summarizes the experiences and lessons, and concludes the reasonable methods to be adopted for the protection of ancient sites in China. Finally, the paper summarizes the experience of the paper, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the problems mentioned in the article. For example, how to coordinate the relationship between archaeological research and the protection of ancient sites, how to coordinate the cooperative relationship between tourism development and the protection of ancient sites, etc.
