【摘要】：正在墨西哥召開的國際灌排委員會第68屆執(zhí)行理事會,于當?shù)貢r間2017年10月10日上午的全體會議上公布了2017年度的世界灌溉工程遺產(chǎn)名單。中國申報的寧夏引黃古灌區(qū)、陜西漢中三堰和福建黃鞠灌溉工程3個項目全部入選。國際灌排委員會名譽主席高占義告訴記者,世界灌溉工程遺產(chǎn)的設(shè)立為水利遺產(chǎn)保護提供了一個良好的開端,使社會各界認知了獨特的遺產(chǎn)類型,讓人們走進灌溉工程遺產(chǎn),從中了解區(qū)域歷史、文化和水利,領(lǐng)略它的風采,感知它的博大。這些灌溉工程不僅是水利工程遺產(chǎn),也是各國文化遺產(chǎn)體系的重要組成部分。
[Abstract]:The 68th Executive Board of the International Irrigation and drainage Commission, which is being held in Mexico, announced the World Irrigation works Heritage list for the year 2017 at the morning plenary meeting on October 10, 2017, local time. The three items of ancient irrigation area of Ningxia Yellow River diversion in China, Sanyan of Hanzhong Shaanxi and Huangju of Fujian are all selected. Gao Zhanyi, honorary chairman of the International Irrigation and drainage Commission, told the reporter that the establishment of the World Irrigation Project Heritage has provided a good start for the protection of water conservancy heritages. It has made all sectors of society aware of the unique heritage types and allowed people to enter irrigation engineering heritage. Learn about regional history, culture and water conservancy, appreciate its grace, and perceive its greatness. These irrigation projects are not only the heritage of water conservancy projects, but also an important part of the national cultural heritage system.
