紙質(zhì)文物用納米抑菌劑研究

【摘要】:為尋找有效且安全的紙質(zhì)文物用抑菌劑,選用ZnO納米顆粒進行研究。通過TEM和XRD表征其形貌特征和晶體結(jié)構(gòu),通過酸堿性測試、靜置觀察對比實驗和抑菌活性測試來評價ZnO納米顆粒的抑菌性能和安全性。所選材料尺寸20-50 nm左右,具有六方相晶體結(jié)構(gòu)且結(jié)晶良好。添加納米ZnO顆粒可以改善漿糊的酸堿性,確保古書畫的裝裱環(huán)節(jié)中不加重酸化程度,甚至可以中和宣紙酸性。靜置觀察實驗表明,添加納米ZnO顆粒可在一定時間內(nèi)有效抑制漿糊中霉菌的生長,而且漿糊的顏色外觀與空白漿糊基本一致。色差測試說明添加納米ZnO顆粒不會改變漿糊和宣紙的顏色。抑菌活性測試表明,添加納米ZnO顆?捎行б种茲{糊中霉菌的生長,對于金黃色葡萄球菌和大腸桿菌具有明顯的抑制效果?傊,ZnO納米顆粒抑菌劑可以控制漿糊的酸化,具有明顯的抑菌效果,且不影響宣紙和漿糊顏色,具備一定的安全性。
[Abstract]:In order to find an effective and safe bacteriostatic agent for paper antiquities, ZnO nanoparticles were selected for study. The morphology and crystal structure of ZnO nanoparticles were characterized by TEM and XRD. The antibacterial properties and safety of ZnO nanoparticles were evaluated by acid-base test, static contrast test and bacteriostatic activity test. The size of the selected material is about 20-50 nm, with hexagonal crystal structure and good crystallization. The addition of nano-ZnO particles can improve the acidity and alkalinity of paste, ensure that the acidizing degree is not aggravated in the mounting of ancient calligraphy and painting, and even neutralize the acidity of Xuan paper. The static observation shows that the addition of nano-ZnO particles can effectively inhibit the growth of mold in the paste for a certain time, and the color appearance of the paste is basically the same as that of the blank paste. Color difference test shows that the addition of nano-ZnO particles will not change the paste and Xuan paper color. The antimicrobial activity test showed that the addition of nano-ZnO particles could effectively inhibit the growth of mold in serous paste, and had obvious inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. In a word, the antibacterial agent of ZnO nanoparticles can control the acidification of paste, have obvious bacteriostasis effect, and do not affect the color of Xuan paper and paste, so it has certain safety.
