【摘要】：正萊蕪市地處山東省版圖的中心位置,原為地級市泰安所屬的縣,是山東省人口最少、也是最年輕的地級市,其境內(nèi)80%為山區(qū)和丘陵地貌。萊蕪在戰(zhàn)國時期是齊國與魯國邊界,著名的長勺之戰(zhàn)就發(fā)生在該市,目前其境內(nèi)保留有最完整的齊長城。(圖1)萊蕪北部山區(qū)保存比較完整的傳統(tǒng)自然村落普遍存在著衰敗現(xiàn)象,現(xiàn)存民居建筑超過百年以上的大部分遭到遺棄。由于宅基地的產(chǎn)權(quán)問題關(guān)系到村民的切身利益,所以廢棄的宅基地幾乎沒有再利用或翻建。這部分住宅,即使有人居住也都是老年人。20世紀(jì)80至90年代,年輕人在適婚年齡時基本都
[Abstract]:Zhenglaiwu is located in the center of the territory of Shandong Province. It belongs to the county of Taian prefectural city. It is the least populous and youngest prefectural city in Shandong Province. 80% of its territory is mountainous and hilly landforms. Laiwu was the border between Qi and Lu during the warring States period. The famous Battle of Laiwu took place in the city. At present, it retains the most complete Qi the Great Wall in its territory. (fig. 1) the traditional natural villages, which are relatively intact in the mountains of northern Laiwu, are generally decayed, and most of the existing residential buildings have been abandoned for more than a hundred years. Because the property right of the homestead is related to the villagers' vital interests, the abandoned homestead has hardly been reused or rebuilt.
