【摘要】：買(mǎi)地券是古代全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)長(zhǎng)期沿用的喪葬文書(shū),流行于民間,在喪葬文書(shū)中具有典型意義。本文以海棠花館藏38塊江西新出宋元買(mǎi)地券為對(duì)象,結(jié)合已公布買(mǎi)地券與其他類(lèi)型喪葬文書(shū)進(jìn)行整理與研究。力爭(zhēng)起到豐富喪葬文書(shū)研究的目的,為進(jìn)一步拓寬唐宋以來(lái)喪葬文書(shū)研究提供一點(diǎn)思路。第一章是有關(guān)唐宋元以來(lái)買(mǎi)地券書(shū)寫(xiě)形制演變研究。史家對(duì)買(mǎi)地券的分類(lèi)研究頗多,但對(duì)于買(mǎi)地券書(shū)寫(xiě)形制變化關(guān)注較少。本章對(duì)唐宋以來(lái)買(mǎi)地券與宋代傳世文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行結(jié)合研究,將買(mǎi)地券分為三大類(lèi),每一大類(lèi)又分若干小類(lèi),考察買(mǎi)地券書(shū)寫(xiě)形制的演變情況。根據(jù)唐宋元以來(lái)買(mǎi)地券的書(shū)寫(xiě)形制,可以看出其志券合一、移志合一的傾向。第二章是海棠花館藏38塊宋元買(mǎi)地券的整理。依據(jù)敦煌吐魯番文書(shū)的整理方式及第一章對(duì)買(mǎi)地券的分類(lèi)進(jìn)行錄文整理。第三章是海棠花館藏買(mǎi)地券所涉行政區(qū)劃復(fù)原與幾個(gè)問(wèn)題的研究。海棠花館藏買(mǎi)地券無(wú)法確定其出土位置,只有根據(jù)買(mǎi)地券中關(guān)于行政區(qū)劃的內(nèi)容結(jié)合傳世典籍,進(jìn)行區(qū)位復(fù)原。另外,又對(duì)買(mǎi)地券中關(guān)于行政區(qū)劃的幾個(gè)問(wèn)題展開(kāi)了研究。第四章是買(mǎi)地券中所反映的喪葬習(xí)俗。從海棠花館藏買(mǎi)地券買(mǎi)地用錢(qián)的數(shù)量、四方神獸與四至關(guān)系、“急急如律令”淵源考等幾個(gè)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究。第五章是買(mǎi)地券所反應(yīng)的民間信仰。海棠花館藏買(mǎi)地券中較為特殊的“水中魚(yú)”、“山中鹿”、“天上鶴”為對(duì)象進(jìn)行研究,以其職能轉(zhuǎn)變、淵源、含屬等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究,又對(duì)學(xué)界爭(zhēng)論的“東海信仰”進(jìn)行補(bǔ)正研究。
[Abstract]:Land purchase voucher is a long-term funeral document in ancient China. It is popular among the people and has typical significance in funeral documents. In this paper, 38 pieces of Jiangxi newly produced land purchase vouchers from Song and Yuan dynasties in Jiangxi Province are taken as the object of this paper, combined with the published land purchase vouchers and other kinds of funeral documents to be sorted out and studied. It aims to enrich the research on funeral documents and provide some ideas for further broadening the research of funeral documents since Tang and Song dynasties. The first chapter is a study on the evolution of the writing form of land purchase coupons since the Tang, Song and Yuan dynasties. Many historians have studied the classification of land purchase coupons, but little attention has been paid to the changes of the writing form of land purchase vouchers. This chapter studies land purchase coupons from Tang and Song dynasties, and classifies them into three categories, each of which is divided into several subclasses, to investigate the evolution of the writing form of land purchase coupons. According to the writing form of land purchase coupons since the Tang, Song and Yuan dynasties, we can see the tendency of unifying and moving the annals. The second chapter is the arrangement of 38 pieces of Song Yuan land purchase coupons in the Begonia Flower Collection. According to Dunhuang Turpan documents and the first chapter of the classification of land purchase vouchers. The third chapter is about the restoration of administrative divisions and several problems involved in the purchase of land coupons in the flower collection of Begonia. Begonia flower collection can not determine the unearthed location of land coupons, only according to the content of land purchase coupons about the administrative division of the ancient books, to restore the location. In addition, several problems about administrative division in land purchase voucher are studied. The fourth chapter is the funeral customs reflected in the purchase of land coupons. Several questions such as the amount of land purchase money, the relationship between the four immortals and the four solstice, the origin of urgent law and order were studied from the purchase of land coupons in the flower collection of Begonia. The fifth chapter is the folk beliefs reflected by the purchase of land coupons. The special "fish in the water", "deer in the mountain", "crane in the sky", which are the special "fish in the water", "deer in the mountain" and "crane in the sky" in the collection of Begonia flower collection were studied in terms of its function change, origin, genus, etc. And to the academic controversy of the East China Sea belief to make up for the study.
