【摘要】：根據(jù)里耶秦簡"遷陵吏志"的記載,可以考證出秦代遷陵縣屬"十官"為司空、少內(nèi)、倉官、田官、尉官、畜官、船官、都鄉(xiāng)、啟陵鄉(xiāng)和貳春鄉(xiāng),鄉(xiāng)嗇夫?yàn)楣賳莘蛑环N。在將遷陵縣行政文書與張家山漢簡《秩律》比對后發(fā)現(xiàn),縣屬各官嗇夫的祿秩等級均為有秩,遲至漢初還不存在有秩嗇夫與斗食嗇夫的秩級差別。且岳麓秦簡《置吏律》明確規(guī)定,不管是縣屬有秩吏,還是小佐無秩者,均可由縣道任除,這與"有秩郡所署"的漢代制度有異。秦代縣吏的設(shè)置,在西漢后期的居延漢簡、尹灣漢簡中體現(xiàn)出較大的變化,并最終在東漢中后期定型為縣廷設(shè)諸曹掾史、鄉(xiāng)設(shè)嗇夫(有秩)的格局。
[Abstract]:According to the records of Li Ye and Qin Bamboo slips, we can find out that Qianling County in Qin Dynasty belongs to "Ten officials" as Si Kong, Xiao Nai, Cang Guan, Tian Guan, Wei Guan, Livestock Officer, ship official, du Xiang, Qiling Township and Erchun Township. After comparing the administrative documents of Qianling County with the rank law of Zhangjiashan Han Bamboo slips, it is found that the rank rank of the officials of the county is rank, but there is no difference between the rank of the rank of the stingy husband and that of the dubious man in the early period of the late Han Dynasty. And Yuelu Qin slips "the law of the purchase of officials" clearly stipulates that, no matter the county has rank officials, or Xiao Zao has no rank, they can be removed by the county, which is different from the Han Dynasty system of "having rank county." The setting of county officials in the late Western Han Dynasty reflected great changes in the late Juyan Han slips and Yin Wan Han slips, and was finally finalized in the late Eastern Han Dynasty as the history of Cao puisei in the county court, and the setting up of a miserly husband (rank) in the township.
