【摘要】：正質(zhì)地:銅年代:明尺寸:通高25厘米,口徑16.5厘米重量:8.47千克來源:1954年臨桂縣人民政府撥交收藏單位:廣西壯族自治區(qū)博物館鐘是中國傳統(tǒng)音樂的代表性樂器,為古屬八音中的金類,具有悠久的歷史,《淮南子·本經(jīng)訓(xùn)》云:"鐘,音之君也。"自商周以來,鐘曾廣泛用于朝會、祭祀或宴饗等活動,是禮樂制度的重要組成部分。銅鐘能發(fā)出宏亮而悠揚的聲音,使用時既可以單獨敲擊,也可以組合其他樂器形成合奏,逐漸衍生出許多音樂樣式。銅鐘一般都有紋飾或銘文,帶有鮮明的時代特征。"凡鐘為金樂之首,其聲一宣,大者聞十里,小者亦及里之余。故君視朝官出署必用以集眾,而御飲酒禮必用以和歌,梵宮仙殿必用以明攝謁者之誠,幽起鬼神之敬"(宋應(yīng)星《天工開物》)。自佛教傳入中國后,銅鐘就逐漸成為佛教寺院中不可缺少的法器,到了唐代,銅鐘逐漸退出樂器組合,成為寺廟、學(xué)堂或府衙中用于集眾、警示、報時的發(fā)聲之物,樂器的功能已退化了。
