【摘要】：據(jù)郴州晉簡所見,六朝桂陽郡存在大量白銀采鑄與使用的情況。該郡的白銀采掘可能是以深度地下井巷采掘為主,迥然不同于鄰郡始興郡銀礦的以露采或淺地層的群井采掘為主。由于桂陽郡采銀方式更耗費人力物力,也更危險,因此該郡產(chǎn)銀情況很少見諸史籍。桂陽郡轄下存在著大量的采銀夫與冶民,他們被納入到國家設(shè)置的銀屯中從事專門的白銀采鑄工作,不同于一般的普通民戶。同時,六朝國家還建立了由衛(wèi)尉或少府(中央)統(tǒng)轄、通過銀冶令或丞(郡級)下設(shè)銀屯署(縣鄉(xiāng))對轄區(qū)內(nèi)銀屯所管銀坊罡中的采銀夫與冶民進行管控的白銀礦冶事務(wù)垂直管理體系,以保證國家對白銀采鑄的絕對控制。又由于漢末戰(zhàn)亂導(dǎo)致新莽以來所采用的稱量單位值的模糊不清,西晉統(tǒng)治時間較短、控制力有限,加之桂陽郡作為產(chǎn)銀大郡有大量白銀存在于流通領(lǐng)域的經(jīng)濟影響,以及六朝國家與桂陽官吏為了擴大對民眾的盤剝而表現(xiàn)出來的曖昧態(tài)度,使得桂陽郡的基層社會中長期存在著西漢稱量單位與新莽以來稱量單位同時并行的現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:According to Chenzhou Jin Bamboo slips, there were a lot of silver mining and usage in Guoyang County in the six dynasties.The silver mining in this county may be based on deep underground mining, which is very different from that of the silver mine in Shixing county, which is mainly open-pit mining or group mining in shallow strata.Because silver mining in Guiyang County is more costly and dangerous, it is rare to produce silver in this county.There are a large number of silver miners and people in Guiyang County. They are included in the Yintun set up by the state to engage in special silver mining and casting work, which is different from ordinary people's households.At the same time, the six dynasties also established the jurisdiction of Wei Wei or the Shao Prefecture (Central Committee).In order to ensure the absolute control of silver mining and casting, the silver mining and metallurgical affairs vertical management system is set up under silver smelter or county (county and township) under silver smelter or county (county and township) to control the silver miners and the people in Yinfang Gang in Yintun area in order to ensure the absolute control of silver mining and casting by the state.Because of the fuzziness of the weighing unit value adopted since the late Han Dynasty war, the short period of the Western Jin Dynasty rule, the limited control power, and the economic influence of the large amount of silver in the circulation field of Guiyang County as a big county of silver production,And the ambiguous attitude of the six dynasties and Gui Yang officials in order to expand the exploitation of the people made the grass-roots society of Guiyang county have the phenomenon that the weighing unit of the Western Han Dynasty and the weighing unit of the New Mang Dynasty existed simultaneously for a long time.
