【摘要】： 江西是我國(guó)古代重要產(chǎn)瓷區(qū)之一,這里不但瓷業(yè)生產(chǎn)歷史悠久而且其境內(nèi)的瓷窯遺址分布也很廣泛,因此做好這里的古代瓷業(yè)生產(chǎn)研究對(duì)整體上把握中國(guó)古代瓷業(yè)生產(chǎn)不但具有指導(dǎo)意義而且具備實(shí)踐意義。 從現(xiàn)已發(fā)表的資料看,在江西省的九江市、九江縣、都昌縣、景德鎮(zhèn)市、婺源縣、樂平市、余干縣、玉山縣、弋陽縣、橫峰縣、鉛山縣、貴溪市、靖安縣、奉新縣、銅鼓縣、萍鄉(xiāng)市、宜春市、豐城市、新干縣、永豐縣、吉安市、崇仁縣、撫州市、臨川縣、金溪縣、南城縣、南豐縣、廣昌縣、大余縣、贛州市、于都縣、寧都縣、瑞金市、會(huì)昌縣、安遠(yuǎn)縣、龍南縣、全南縣和尋烏縣都發(fā)現(xiàn)了瓷窯遺址,共計(jì)38個(gè)縣、市、區(qū)。 江西境內(nèi)的瓷窯遺址基本上以五大水系為中心,分布在五大水系的沿岸地區(qū)。其中贛江流域分布的瓷窯遺址數(shù)量最多,其次是饒河流域、撫河流域、信江流域和修水流域。除了這五大水系外,江西境內(nèi)的瓷窯遺址還分布在鄱陽湖、尋烏水和萍鄉(xiāng)水沿岸地區(qū)。 其中贛江流域的贛州七里鎮(zhèn)窯、豐城窯(洪州窯)、吉安窯(吉州窯),昌江流域的景德鎮(zhèn)窯,撫河流域的南豐白舍窯,信江流域的鉛山窯,尋烏水流域的尋烏上甲窯瓷業(yè)生產(chǎn)歷史悠久、規(guī)模宏大、自成體系。 創(chuàng)燒和終燒時(shí)間的不同導(dǎo)致江西諸窯差異很大,從而形成不同的風(fēng)格面貌。江西的瓷業(yè)生產(chǎn)基本上可以劃分為東漢到中唐、中唐到元末和元末至晚清三大時(shí)期,其中各期又可以分成若干階段。從瓷業(yè)中心轉(zhuǎn)移角度看,東漢到五代時(shí)期豐城地區(qū)是江西地區(qū)的瓷業(yè)中心,宋元時(shí)期江西的瓷業(yè)中心被贛州七里鎮(zhèn)窯、南豐白舍鎮(zhèn)窯、吉安永和鎮(zhèn)窯、吉安臨江鄉(xiāng)窯和景德鎮(zhèn)窯取代,元末江西的瓷業(yè)中心再一次轉(zhuǎn)移,景德鎮(zhèn)成為江西唯一的瓷業(yè)中心。從產(chǎn)品類型角度看,東漢到五代時(shí)期青瓷幾乎一統(tǒng)天下,宋元時(shí)期青白瓷和黑釉瓷異軍突起、各領(lǐng)風(fēng)騷,元末至晚清時(shí)期青花瓷和彩瓷則先后成為時(shí)代音符。
[Abstract]:Jiangxi is one of the most important porcelain producing areas in ancient China. Not only has the porcelain industry had a long history, but also the porcelain kiln sites in its territory are widely distributed.Therefore, it is not only of guiding significance but also of practical significance to do well the research on ancient porcelain production in China as a whole.According to the published data, Jiujiang City, Jiujiang County, Duchang County, Jingdezhen City, Wuyuan County, Leping City, Yugan County, Yushan County, Yiyang County, Hengfeng County, lead Mountain County, Guixi City, Jingan County, Fengxin County, Tonggu County in Jiangxi Province,Pingxiang City, Yichun City, Fengcheng City, Xingan County, Yongfeng County, Ji'an City, Chongren County, Fuzhou City, Linchuan County, Jinxi County, Nancheng County, Nanfeng County, Guangchang County, Dayu County, Ganzhou City, Yudu County, Ningdu County, Ruijin City, Huichang County,Anyuan County, Longnan County, Quannan County and Xunwu County have found porcelain kiln ruins, a total of 38 counties, cities, districts.The porcelain kiln site in Jiangxi is centered on five major water systems and is distributed along the coast of the five major water systems.The largest number of porcelain kiln sites were found in Ganjiang River Basin, followed by Raohe River Basin, Fuhe River Basin, Xinjiang River Basin and Xiushui Watershed.In addition to these five water systems, the porcelain kiln sites in Jiangxi are also located in Poyang Lake, Xunwushui and Pingxiang coastal areas.Among them, Gan Zhou Qili Town Kiln, Fengcheng Kiln (Hongzhou Kiln, Ji'an Kiln) in Ganjiang River Basin, Jingdezhen Kiln in Changjiang River Basin, Nanfeng Beshe Kiln in Fuhe River Basin, lead Mountain Kiln in Xinjiang Watershed,Xunwushui drainage area of the Xunwu kiln porcelain industry has a long history, large scale, self-made system.The difference of creating and final firing time leads to great difference of the kilns in Jiangxi Province, thus forming different styles and features.The porcelain production in Jiangxi can be basically divided into three periods: from the Eastern Han Dynasty to the Middle Tang Dynasty, from the Mid-Tang Dynasty to the end of Yuan Dynasty and from Yuan Dynasty to late Qing Dynasty, in which each period can be divided into several stages.From the point of view of the transfer of porcelain industry center, the Fengcheng area from the Eastern Han Dynasty to the five dynasties was the porcelain industry center in Jiangxi. During the Song and Yuan dynasties, the porcelain industry center in Jiangxi was the kiln in Qili Town of Ganzhou, the kiln in Beshe Town in Nanfeng City, and the kiln in Yonghe Town in Ji'an.Jian Linjiang and Jingdezhen kilns were replaced by Jingdezhen kilns, and the porcelain industry center of Jiangxi was transferred again in the late Yuan Dynasty. Jingdezhen became the only porcelain industry center in Jiangxi province.From the point of view of product type, celadon almost dominated the world from the Eastern Han Dynasty to the five dynasties, and the blue and white porcelain and black glazed porcelain of Song and Yuan dynasties rose suddenly, and each collar became fashionable, and blue and white porcelain and colored porcelain became the notes of the times from the end of Yuan Dynasty to the late Qing Dynasty.
