太倉萬豐村半涇河古船船材主要離子的測試研究

【摘要】:為做好太倉萬豐村半涇河古船的脫鹽保護工作,本研究檢測了半涇河古船的第6、7隔艙板和第8隔艙龍骨及船板下淤泥樣品中主要元素和離子的含量,并用電導(dǎo)率儀測量樣品在脫鹽過程中電導(dǎo)率的變化情況。檢測結(jié)果表明,木材和淤泥中的主要元素含量高于對照樣品,且主要以可溶性鹽的狀態(tài)存在;木材腐蝕程度也與其離子含量有關(guān),腐蝕程度愈嚴重,樣品的離子含量也愈大;經(jīng)過脫鹽處理后,脫鹽溶液的電導(dǎo)率值降低至較低水平。測試數(shù)據(jù)將對今后古船脫鹽工作有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In order to do a good job of desalination and protection of the half-Jing river ancient ship in Wanfeng Village, the contents of main elements and ions in the 6Q7 compartment plate, the 8th compartment keel and the silt samples under the ship board of the semi-Jing River ancient ship were detected. The results showed that the contents of main elements in wood and sludge were higher than those in control samples, and the content of soluble salt existed mainly in the state of soluble salt. The corrosion degree of wood is also related to its ion content. The more serious the corrosion degree, the greater the ion content of the sample. The conductivity of desalting solution is reduced to a lower level. The test data will be helpful to the desalination of ancient ships in the future.
