【摘要】：本文對新疆吐魯番市加依墓地青銅—早期鐵器時(shí)代居民的牙齒磨耗、口腔疾病和骨質(zhì)隆起等特征進(jìn)行了觀察與研究,結(jié)果顯示,加依墓地居民的牙齒磨耗較重,但前后部牙齒的磨耗程度差異不大,臼齒偏斜式磨耗現(xiàn)象顯著,齲齒罹患率偏低。生前脫落、牙結(jié)石等口腔疾病在該人群中普遍流行,部分個(gè)體的下頜存在發(fā)育顯著的骨質(zhì)隆起現(xiàn)象。本文還通過臼齒磨耗方向指數(shù)(Wear Orientation)對加依墓地居民的偏斜式磨耗進(jìn)行了量化研究,并參考相關(guān)民族學(xué)調(diào)查、考古發(fā)現(xiàn)以及現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)研究成果對加依墓地居民復(fù)雜的牙齒磨耗形態(tài)和口腔疾病的成因進(jìn)行了初步探討。推測加依墓地居民的食物結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)以肉類為主,谷類亦占有一定地位;此外可能是受到惡劣生活環(huán)境及特殊谷物加工技術(shù)的影響,日常食物較為堅(jiān)硬。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of tooth wear, oral diseases and bone uplift in Jiayi graveyard of Jiayi city, Xinjiang, were observed and studied. The results showed that the teeth of residents of Jiayi cemetery were more serious. However, there was no significant difference in the wear degree of the anterior and posterior teeth. The incidence of dental caries was relatively low, and the incidence of dental caries was low. Dental diseases such as dental stones and other oral diseases were prevalent in the population. There is a significant bone bulge in the mandible of some individuals. The oblique wear of the residents of Jiayi graveyard was quantitatively studied by wear direction index (Wear Orientation) of the molar teeth, and the related ethnological investigation was made. The archeological discovery and modern medical research achievements have preliminarily discussed the complicated tooth wear patterns and the causes of oral diseases among the residents of Jiayi cemetery. It is inferred that the food structure of Jiayi graveyard residents should be mainly meat and cereals also occupy a certain position. In addition, it may be affected by poor living conditions and special cereal processing technology, daily food is more rigid.
